This house was nice and spacious, very clean. Host wasn’t honest with the amount of guest allowed. No extra parking. Neighbor are nosey.

Unfortunately, I believe this review was retaliatory and I am reaching out to VRBO to ask that it gets taken out. Guest checked in with bags of ice and balloons even though rules were provided and she confirmed compliance prior to checkin. Our property rules, insurance and city ordinance don't allow parties. So I had to be on the phone with VRBO for an hour at midnightand they wanted to cancel her reservation, I still let her stay the night and the multiple guests did not leave as I requested. I am very appreciative of all guests, but the disregard for party rules and damage to my garage door by manually operating and slamming, for a one night stay is unacceptable. You are a paying customer and we appreciate you, but won't be allowing you to stay in our properties in the future.
