Nice place, very good value for the price. Nice pool in complex and beach club great option for beach with services, (cocktails, food}. Loved old Mexico feel to La Cruz. Only knock against, and at no fault of owner would be nice if store closer by. Overall would recommend as great place to stay and property tastefully decorated and perfect for couple get away.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view from the unit is great. You can see most of the city, marina and the OCEAN! The unit is very clean and the hostess was absolutely great. She responded to any questions very quickly and efficiently. We hope we will be coming back again.

This property is awesome. If you want to be in the middle of activity, this is not for you. This property is very nice and very quiet. I would recommend renting a car from the airport or a golf cart from La Cruz to make a few trips to town. This studio feels like a 1 bedroom. Very spacious.

Great Location, Views and Amenities

We loved our stay in Joan's studio at Alamar. A beautiful way to wake up to the sunrise over Banderas Bay. Great areas to walk the dogs, and the beach club was a treat. Whales every day from the balcony and a decently equipped kitchen for cooking our own meals yet a quick walk to some great restaurants and bars with live music in town when we wanted to get out and about. We'll be back for sure!

The most beauty view on Banderas Bay!! The Jungle Pool is in heaven. ILove Birds and Butterfly’s!

Amazing Getaway!

We absolutely loved this property! Really enjoyed the infinity pool and the beach club. It is centrally located with easy access to Puerto Vallarta, Old PV, Sayulita, Punta Mita and surrounding private beaches. We rented a car which was an interesting experience but we felt that after a day of learning the roads that driving ourselves around was the way to go. We met such great people! The condo has everything you need and more. There is a million dollar view and you just cannot get enough of it. One day we just sat there until noon because the clouds and scenery kept changing. We really don't have anything negative to say. Joan is awesome and she was so great to work with. It was also nice that she is close by! This is a top notch condo and we will be back to one of our favorite travel destinations.

We could not be happier with our stay in Joan's condo. Perfect size for two people, has everything you need to cook for yourself. The view is breathtaking, especially as it is the first thing you see upon waking - what a sunrise! Not only is the condo lovely but the location is too. And Joan is a gem - she is hspitable adn responsice. We highly recommend this rental.
