The house is in an excellent location in a nice neighborhood. The house was very "homey" and has the right amenities. I would recommend it to others as a pleasant place to stay.
My son and I were in Lafayette to meet some friends from Arizona for the Purdue-Minnesota football. We decided to attend last minute and couldn't find a room at the hotel where our friends were staying so we searched VRBO and found Terry's home. The house was just as advertised! Location was about 10 minutes from Purdue and the neighborhood was very quiet. Checkin was smooth and the communication with Terry was great. We will try to stay at this property again if we are in Lafayette.

Perfect place to stay for attending a Purdue graduation. The house is cozy and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!
This is a really nice two bedroom home. My god sister and I came to rest, and we were able to accomplish that. The home had everything we needed, we didn't have to drive far to go to any shops.
Super quiet location and within minutes of campus. Well maintained property. Easy check in/out process. Cozy place to stay and great value on graduation weekend.
Place is cozy. Comfy furniture in the living room to hang out and watch TV. The large kitchen table is a great place to play family games. It snowed during out stay. Someone was outside twice shoveling the sidewalks and steps. It was easy to get to the cars, so that was really appreciated! There is a short driveway on the side so you don't need to park on the street. Area is quiet.
Stayed here for a weekend while in town for a concert at Loeb stadium. Stadium was just down the block which was the reason we booked this house. You could actually sit on the porch & hear the music from the stadium clearly. So you might want to check if there is a concert or game when you plan to stay here if you want it quiet. The bedrooms are seperated by a sliding door which was nice for us 2 friends so we could chat while in our beds. Wish the smaller bedroom had a full size bed instead of a twin daybed. I am 5' 4" and when stretched out I would hit the rails at the foot of the bed. Beds were comfortable & both rooms had floor fans. House was clean. Loved how close it was to downtown which was really cute with lots of shops & restaurants. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Couch in living room was very comfortable. Dolls in curio cabinet were kind of creepy. This place is nothing fancy but fine for a weekend stay to see a concert or game at Loeb(picture is from front porch & you can see top of stadium) or to visit Purdue or the town. Bakery that was in walking distance was really good!
