Double Diamond Rentals - Main House- Serene Sunset Oasis

Welcome to the Acreage in Royal Palm Beach. Available is a fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom entire private unit that is connected to the guest suite as a separate dual residence. You will have the entire space to yourself, surrounded by lush landscaping to provide a peaceful retreat.

When you enter the gate on this expansive 1.25-acre lot, you will have private class A parking for large vehicles. You will notice the large front patio when entering the home. With over 1400 SQF of living space, you will walk through the large living room to a modern kitchen with granite and stainless steel. To the east side of the home, you will have a large bedroom and full-size bathroom. The west side you will have the master suite with a large walk-in shower.

At the back of the home, you will step onto a huge 30-foot screen-in porch decorated with outdoor furniture, refrigerator, and protected from the Florida bugs. When you step off the porch, you will appreciate the tranquil backyard views, including a fully fenced private yard that backs to a canal. You will enjoy the private storage area in the large shed for your personal use.

Our place is located in a lush green setting away from it all. Just 4 miles away you will enter the Village of Royal Palm Beach with stores, restaurants and amenities. You are only 10 minutes away from Wellington, the equestrian capital.

Private home w/entrance, it is attached to our guest suite, where other guest may reside.

Camera Location
The home is equipped with three outside exterior security cameras with audio capability that will be turned on during your stay. First will be over the front door facing the driveway. Second is on the northeast corner overlooking the east side of the house and guest suite patio. Third is located on the northwest corner house overlooking the backyard, shed and side gate. The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm and smart thermostat. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home or any other area not listed to protect your privacy. Please do not unplug or cover up the exterior security cameras at any time.

We own or manage all of these homes ourselves. We believe personal customer service is essential. I know how difficult it is to move to an area that is unfamiliar, and I strive to provide the comfort that our homes are in great and safe areas, that are convenient to all the amenities the area has to offer. I also wanted to make sure all hospitals are within a short commute.

All of the homes are perfectly designed for Vacationers, travel nurses, families waiting to purchase their own homes and military personnel. Each month I have homes coming available, and I strive to make sure everyone that needs a home will have one. I’m always complimented on how nicely furnished these homes are, making it feel like a home away from home!
