2br, 1200 sq ft villa, with doors that allow locking off 1/3 of floor space as a private 1 br, 1 bath unit with kitchenette that sleeps 4 in a queen bed and a convertible couch.
Master side has full kitchen, dining area for 6, living room with large TV and gas fireplace.
Couch converts to queen bed. Separate bedroom has king bed, large TV, Jacuzzi tub, dressing/makeup area and private bathroom with shower stall. Washer & dryer in the unit. Renters are treated just like owners!
True ski-in/ski-out down 100 ft. to Payday Lift at Park City Mtn Resort, now linked to Canyons, for 7,300 acres of ski-able terrain. Greatest snow on earth!! Free ski valets at slope level. Exit the property, ski down 100 ft. to Payday Lift. Great recreation activities for entire family, Near Olympic Village training center, huge tubing park. 45 min. from Salt Lake City airport.

Hi, Jason, Thx for such a nice review! FYI, we are renting the entire 2br unit next Feb, as I just had Rotator Cuff surgery, and want to play it safer this season. Plus got a chance to join friends in Hawaii in Feb, so the $$ will be nice.

A beautiful property with countless perks!
The suite is as advertised - not huge but with adequate space to accommodate comfortable sleep, a work area, and some food prep. The facility is gorgeous with every amenity you could imagine from free ski valet service, multiple pools, a theater, nightly activities and ski-in ski-out access to the expanded Park City Mountain. We Loved Our Stay! Thank you!

Hi, Debbie, Thx for your gracious review! FYI, we are renting out the entire 2br villa next Feb, as I just had Rotator Cuff surger and want to play it a little conservative. Plus, got the chance to visit friends in Hawaii, so the $$ will come in handy.

Why they chose this property
First exposed to Park City skiing in 2003, fell in love with the mountain, bought this timeshare week due to prior experience with Marriott timeshares.
What makes this property unique
Super convenient to the ski slopes, free ski check at slope level, great activities for the whole family, even the non-skiers. Adjacent village with lots of shops & restaurants. Short walk to unique downtown Park City. Free buses all over town!
