Our 3 bedroom holiday property, sleeps 6, is situated only 15 minutes drive from the spectacular Disney & Universal attractions, Sea World as well as many golf courses, fishing & shopping The property is located off highway 192, close to many shops, restaurants & other attractions.
The 192 also offers easy access to Interstate 4 which will lead you to the the beautiful beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast and the fabulous Busch Gardens theme park at Tampa.
Our beautifully furnished home is designed to reflect the relaxed spirit of Florida and to turn your holiday into a memorable experience. The moment you walk through the door you will know you made the right choice.
Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, cooker & fridge/freezer, there is also a full sized washer & dryer in the double garage. All bed linens are included as well as bath towels.
As a start to your day why not go for a swim in your own pool, splash about and relax at the end of the day, have a bar-b- que, breakfast or just chill.
The master bedroom has a queen bed & en Suite facilities & cable TV. All rooms are fully air conditioned.
Other facilities include large flat screen cable TV, full cooker, fridge with ice maker, microwave, hair dryer, blender, coffee maker, iron all dishes, utensils, pots & pans, dish washer, washing machine & dryer.
Plenty of bed linens & bath towels are provided. Of course our home also has a private heated cars.
Our holiday home is perfect for all types of holidays, whether you are first timers or have been before, staying for a week or a month our home will give you much more freedom than any other type of accommodation and will be part of your holiday memories.

Decent house but updates needed

The house was in decent shape. However it could benefit from some much needed updates. Mattresses and pillows were old and uncomfortable, coffee pot didn’t work, showers were old and lacked water pressure. There were no wash clothes, so we bought some and left them there for the next renters. The house is “self-clean” so you are expected to wash up towels and such, which wasn’t a big deal. But you really have no idea if the bed linens were washed before you that were on the beds. The neighborhood also seems to have a Ferrell cat problem. The best thing about the house was having our own private pool at the end of a long day at the parks. Not sure that we’d stay there again.

Beautiful, very nicely decorated and stocked home, very clean, immensely comfortable. Communication with owner was very easy and prompt, nice quiet neighborhood. Felt like home, loved it!

Holiday Stay

Property was in very condition - furniture, flooring, bedding, kitchenware etc. Maybe a tea pot would be a good idea? Pool area very good and a nice decking area for sunbathing. Met the pool when he visited. Nice chap. Originally from Stoke! Location was good - handy for the SR192 road. Slight issue with the waste bins, but got it sorted. Weather was overall excellent and it was just nice to chill out by the pool or sunbathe listening to the Crickets. No complaints and would visit again.
