Great location with all the amenities nearby

Located close to all of the amenities Fountain Hills has to offer, we enjoyed staying at this property and would do so again. The property is very clean and the kitchen is very spacious. The unit is as advertised and we were very pleased with our stay.

We have rented a number of condos in various locations, but this overall is one of the best we have rented. The condo is well furnished and stocked. It is located in a nice safe area that is easy walking distance to a grocery store. Restaurants for downtown Fountain Hills by the fountain are 5 minutes driving time away. Owner made sure anything we needed was taken care of.

It was great! The location was perfect. Close to the grocery store. Beautiful place to walk. In the condo. It was perfect for us. My friend stayed with me for about a week. I was by myself for a week. And then my husband joined me, the last days before I checked out I would love to rent this again if possible next year in February maybe.

Great Place in Fountain Hills

Extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens. Everything quality and convenient. Good location, can walk to Safeway and DJ’s Bagel Cafe and Starbucks. There is parking for visitors in condo parking lot. Beds are both Queen, and very comfortable. Cable TV and DVD player with several DVD’s on bookshelf. Patio is nice for morning coffee, afternoon wine, or evening cocktails. We would definitely stay here again. Cliff was a friendly, responsive host. Two things to note: 1-Condo is on second floor with stair access. There is no elevator, so consider that for older or disabled people. 2-Some listings show a sofa bed in living room. It is not full-size, but is a smaller pull-out trundle. Would be OK for one child, but not for an adult.

Lovely condo on second floor

Really a lovely condo! I put “on the second floor” just to let fellow senior citizens know that it is and there’s no elevator. Carrying luggage upstairs at my age was a bit difficult. Other than that it had everything you wanted for a week in Fountain Hills. It was convenient for the things that we wanted to do, which included the Desert botanical gardens, Taliesin West , a trip to Sedona, old town Scottsdale and a cruise on the Desert Belle.

The city of Fountain Hills was an unexpected, lovely surprise. The location close to McDowell Regional park was great. We enjoyed 2 days of mountain bike riding.

It was perfect!

Property was very nice and had all the necessary amenities. Short walk to pool and many eating, bar, grocery options. Fountain Park was nice and it wasn’t a long drive to go to any of the other area highlights. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo was near all sorts of business and we easily walked to many locations. Lots of space for our family to spread out and good-sized kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay here again.

Spacious unit but with some limitations

Nice spacious unit, but no view. On a busy street, but the unit itself was quiet. Comfortable bed. Balcony not really an asset - overlooks the parking lot on one side and the building next door is really close on the other side. Pool is small and far away - on the far end of the building across the street. Long walk to the fountain, short walk to Safeway. Enjoyed the free pass to the McDowell Mountain Regional Park.

First trip being an adult with the boys, decided to do a golf outing. This location was about 30ish away from phoenix and most things in Scottsdale but no farther than that for all of the golf courses as well. Lovely place that gives you everything you need for a golf outing.

Very nice condo — great furnishings, linens. Kitchen was well- equipped and thoughtfully supplied with snacks and “first morning” breakfast items. Amy was extremely attentive to our needs. Overall, a great place in a great location. We will be back!
