About this property

This private, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom single family home is located on a quiet canal while still being walking or biking distance to South Marco Beach and Marco Walk for shopping and restaurants. With a great location on Marco Island, a boat dock to tie the boat to or fish off of, a gorgeous pool and spa with plenty of loungers, and over 3300 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself, this home is all you could ask for!

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and provides plenty of room for the chef in the family to prepare a meal while gazing out at the calming canal waters. This home offers two living areas with lots of comfortable seating for lounging around the house with the family or gathering together to watch TV for a night in.

The master suite is located on the opposite side of the house as the other bedrooms, separated by a living area with access to the lanai and pool as well as a formal dining table with seating for 4. Each of the 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms provides a flat screen TV. The 4th bedroom can be used as a den or as a bedroom as it has a sleeper couch and access to a private full bathroom just around the corner.

The pool was not clean and turned green. When pool people came, they said the pool had not had any attention in quite a while. We had to stay out of the pool for three days. They put chemicals in to clear it up.

Very good but could be great with small adjustments.

The property was well maintained and in an excellent neighborhood. The pullout sofa that turns into a bed was uncomfortable, so we went and got a 3-inch topper to make it more comfortable. Other beds were comfortable but pillows also were not the best. The sound from main TV was quite poor and beach chairs were very cheap. An overall very good vacation experience, but these small changes would make everything five stars.

First time Marco guest

Marco was absolutely beautiful. We rented a boat and had so much fun exploring the island; there were so many dolphins! The house was even more beautiful in person and incredibly clean. The type of clean that makes you feel a home. The pool was great, we used it daily and ate all of our meals outside in the great outdoor furniture. Pool maintenance came on Tuesday but was nice and didn't disturb us at all. Kitchen had high quality equipment and more than enough supplies. Towels were all very soft and clean. The street is incredibly quiet. We never even saw a neighbor. One of the bikes was in really good condition but the other looked like it had been wrecked and not repaired. We were able to do small repairs to make it ridable but if you're planning on riding daily I'd rent one. GREAT location, we took the bikes to the beach twice which was maybe a 5-10 minute ride but could have been walked as well. It is also very very close to amazing restaurants and and ice cream shop. Highly recommend this property.

Great place to chill

Outside area perfect for pool lovers, sunbathers, relaxing outside in the shade to read, or fishing on the dock. Nice and quiet, seems a mainly owner-residential area rather than made up of lots of holiday lets. About a mile from supermarket, restaurants, beach… walkable 20 mins..but if hot that’s a bit of a trail. Good comms from Katelyn in the Management company. Would recommend
