Crystal Haven is built to focus the family around the gathering areas. With the bedrooms around the perimeter of the house, you will find the family room, kitchen and the outdoor gathering spaces to be the hub of activity.

The 10` ceilings and the tall doors and windows give the house a spacious, light and airy feeling.

Living room: Two couches--one with a Queen sofa sleeper--and two chairs large enough to curl up with a good book. Electric fireplace and Roku TV to stream a movie, TV show, or the big game.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with all you need to prepare and serve meals for those days you aren`t enjoying one of the many local Destin restaurants including Keurig coffee maker and Ninja blender.

King Bedroom 1: After a full day of play, find yourself relaxing in the comfort of a King Bed with Novaform mattress. Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a Roku TV ready for all your favorite streaming apps.

King Bedroom 2: Waking up in this room is a treat with a full sunrise theme above the King Bed with Novaform mattress. This bedroom has en suite access to hallway bathroom with walk-in shower and a Roku TV to stream your favorite shows.

Bunk room: Welcome to the Crystal Haven Surf Shack! Queen over Queen bunk beds make this room a gnarly hang out for all the kids or even a comfortable sleeping space for adults.

Pool house: Perfect for a rainy day or when the kids need some space, the pool house is the place to be! Cloud sectional, wall mounted arcade with 6,000+ built-in games, 65` Roku TV, attached half bath and outdoor shower with hot water.

Outdoor space: The star of the show! The outdoor space is what Crystal Haven is all about. Whether you are relaxing on the couch watching a movie on the 75` Google TV, enjoying a BBQ`d dinner at the patio table, swimming in the pool, practicing your short game on the custom-built putting green, challenging the kids to a round of corn hole, or playing a pickleball match on the lighted court after the sun goes down, you will never hear `Mom, I`m bored`! COMING October 2025: In-ground basketball hoop.

Outdoor storage: Filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, sports equipment (Please return equipment after each use).

Supplies provided: Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers along with liquid hand soap at each sink and toilet paper. Kitchen is stocked with garbage bags and paper towels. Laundry room is stocked with a starter supply of laundry pods.

EV Charger: EV Charger is free to use for guests of Crystal Haven. It has a J1772 plug--bring an adapter if your EV uses something different.

NOTE: House is equipped with a safety alarm (which can be temporarily disarmed with the press of a button) that alerts you if the exterior door is opened. This is designed as a layer of protection for non swimmers but is not a guarantee of safety.

Guests have access to the entire house and property. There are a few cabinets that are locked to store supplies needed by management.
