An opened concept living/dining room - the living room features two white couches and decorative fire place with a mantel…..The dining area have a glass top dining table with four chairs, a buffet and an arm chair. There are paintings on both sides of the living room and dining room. A separate super modern kitchen with a French door leading to the dining room. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms and an office area with a desk and two chairs

There are also Smoke Detectors on both floors and throughout the Townhouse.


PRECAUTION REGARDING THE SMOKE DETECTOR

There are two talking smoke detectors at 383 – 3rd floor, and 1 at 381 – 2nd floor which will announce (in case of fire):

CARBON MONOXIDE!!
FIRE !!

If something burns while cooking, and the alarm goes off, just fan the smoke detector or put on the fan and it will stop.

If the Carbon Monoxide goes off:

DO NOT TURN ON OR OFF ANY LIGHTS AND DO NOT USE THE TELEPHONE

Open a window, go downstairs and call 911

Adequate for our purpose of needing a place close to visit an ailing family member.

Close to subway Q line that can take people into Manhattan. Located in a very diverse vibrant busy neighborhood in Flatbush area. Very clean, a remodeled kitchen with new appliances that can have a couple more pans for people who may want to cook. Comfortable looking. The furnitures are old and the beds are to the soft side. Upon arrival the hostess/owner did a walk through and required to sign off a check list and upon check out there was another walk through. The confusing thing was when I booked the place it was listed as 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It turned out to be 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I informed the owner the next day and the explanation given was VRBO made the mistake on the website. She made the corrections with VRBO and changed to show accurately. Our fourth person only spent 2 out of 9 nights so it was not a major issue for us but thought it was important to mention. Did appreciate the owner’s concern of wanting guess to keep the place in good condition but a little balance maybe a good thing.

In this private townhouse there are 4 apartments which are all different, yet in the same house. There are two entrances in front which was designed by an European architect/designer.

What makes this property unique

This townhouse is surrounded by supermarkets, boutiques, shopping centers, barbers, hair dressers, markets, movie houses, theatres, bowling lanes, horse back riding, tennis courts and of course the famous Prospect Park. Brooklyn is dubbed the Center of the Universe.
