Location is everything! This amazing loft is within easy walking distance to Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail, the Barton Creek greenbelt and Restaurant Row. On the edge of downtown the spacious covered balcony has a fantastic view of the Austin skyline. Nearby market offers groceries, sandwiches, tacos and a great beer and wine selection. The high ceilings and open loft make this space comfortable and relaxing.
Queen sized bed upstairs in the loft comfortably sleeps 2.
Living area has a vaulted ceiling with fan, love seat and coffee table. There is a 32” Smart TV (Roku) with free wifi and HDTV antenna for local stations. Kitchenette has a small stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a ladies bicycle, helmet and pump available to ride. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

Really love the proximity to Zilker Park and how easy it was to get to other parts of the city by car. It was a quiet neighborhood and the apartment itself was very clean and in great shape, plus the view of the downtown Austin skyline was spectacular. Highly recommend!

Great location

Ideally, this apartment is great for a couple or one person, but my friend and I were still comfortable there.The view was nice, and it’s right around the corner from a lot of great stuff. I’d come back again!

Austin getaway

The location of this loft was perfect for our plans. We walked to the pool and zilker park and it was a super short drive to so many great restaurants and congress and Rainey street. Even an uber to circuit of americas was reasonable. The market next door was great for last minute snacks and drinks. Lee was great with communication as well. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the view of downtown was a beautiful backdrop for our morning coffee and evening nightcaps. Very quite complex. We would definitely stay again next time we visit.

Great location and space

Loved the locations/proximity of the condo. It could use a couple of throw pillows on the couch and that's about it. I would stay here again when coming to Austin!

The Best place to stay in Austin

This little apartment is located in the perfect location-right beside Zilker park. You can walk to Barton springs pool, around Towne lake and to the great restaurants on Barton "Springs road. Easy instructions from the host and cold beer in the frig! This is highly recommended and we will stay there again!

Just as described, well stocked, great location and a killer view. 5 minute walk to Barton Springs pool. Lee (owner) was detailed in the check in process and answered question pretty quickly. Would stay there again.

Excellent location to all of Austin’s finest. Very walkable. Just the right size for 2 people. Clean and seamless check in & out. Awesome view of the city skyline off the patio.

Weekend in Austin

We had such a good time staying in the Barton Springs condo this weekend. We thought the location was amazing (clean, great view and quiet neighborhood) and the market next door is a definite perk - they have everything! Thank you to the hosts for the 6 pack! ☺️

SO close to everything! It was quiet. The only thing id say is that it gets hot upstairs, but really cold downstairs.... so a blanket near the couch would be nice! Everything went extremely smooth, it was great for a few days.

Amazing Space!

Wow, the space was just as expected and everything we needed was ready for us. The view of the Austin skyline was great and I only wish it was so hot as I would have been out there all the time. All the amenities were great. Communication with the owner was wonderful and quick. I loved that I could walk down to the park and enjoy the outside. The Quik Mart next door has anything you could ask for. Can't wait to come back!

Great Location

It's probably the best area in all of Central Austin. The vibe of the community is nice and there are many shops close by. Positives: Great Area, suburbs, close to everything, enough parking, You can easily walk to the park, Quiet area. The unit had all the things I needed even a laudromat on site. Negatives: The bathtub needs a bath mat. I slipped but did not fall twice which could have put a damper on my day. The upstairs window is not available for use.

Wedding in Burnet and family visit

Overall the property worked out great. Loved the view and we had everything we needed plus the cold brew and water and the excellent balcony, chairs and city view made our stay even nicer. Sownside qere the stairs and carrying luggage as we are both seniors but able to navigate the stairs with luggage. Not sure if the online listing noted the climb to the unit and the loft. The rug edge was rolled and a bit of a hazzard even with our kids as we all tripped quite a few times. The garbage disposal was not working so the sink was slow but not an issue as we did not cook. We pushed the reset button on the garbage disposal but it just hummed. Again all in all we very much enjoyed the condo. We would recommend but would note the stairs.

The best part of this stay was having the Downtown skyline visible to us and seeing all the Christmas lights. It was a comfortable place with groceries close by and a great trail to go walking just down the street. It's a pretty area with lots of trees. The only drawback for me was that we were on the 3rd floor which meant 3 flights of stairs. Good exercise yes, but I do have a problem knee. I hadn't noticed this when I choose this property but I have to say I don't regret it either. I managed OK.

An ok place to stay in a great location.

Great location, a bit kitschy, and a very reasonable price. It wouldn’t take much to take this place from “just ok“ to “fantastic!“ such as replacing the AC filter, getting blinds that are easy to open and close, fixing the running toilet, fixing the loud clanking fridge, having a box of Kleenex available, cleaning the patio, putting a towel rack in the bathroom, and a comfy couch. Enjoyed my time in Austin but wouldn’t choose this place again.

Amazing Loft

Perfect location for all activities in and around Zilker Park, Austin. Apartment was great, and the beers in the fridge was a nice touch. Would rent again!

Great View Of The City

The owner was very helpful with finding the place he also gives wonderful food and activity recommendations. I absolutely love this cute little spot. From the balcony you have a great view of the city. The condo is every clean. Barton springs is a few minutes walk, tubing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking, for us this place was in a perfect location. The little family-owned market next door had everything I needed, the owners are the sweetest.

Why they chose this property

This was my home until I married my wife. I love the view of downtown! The access it provides to downtown, the greenbelt, Barton Springs and the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike trail is phenomenal! Another fantastic feature is a market next door with a solid selection of beer and wine, a deli and the usual essentials.
