Thank you very much for the positive feedback. We are so happy when our guests enjoy the property and have a good time. If ever in the Fulton area again we would love to have you stay again!
Everything was exactly as described. We saw deer everyday and the geese love the pond. It was fun to watch them playing in the water. My hubby caught a couple of fish while I slept in. It is a true tiny house and fit our needs perfectly.

Thank you very much for the review. So glad you enjoyed your time in the tiny house and Fulton. You guys communicated so well and it was a pleasure to have you as guests!!
This property and house are just as promised. It is secluded, tranquil and well equipped. The outdoor space is wonderful, with corn hole, fishing gear, even bug spray provided. The sleeping loft is accessible from really steep stairs and it is important to note you have to crawl into the bed! Once on the bed you cannot sit up straight. We did run out of hot water after one shower. I would highly recommend for people agile enough for the tiny sleep space.

Thank you for your kind review. You were respectful and communicated well and would be welcome back if you ever need a home away from home in Fulton 😊
This is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, private, and relaxing. There is a deck with one of those gliders to sit and look out at the pond and the woods. There are a couple of chairs and a table if you want to eat outside. Inside everything is new, spic and span, space efficient and so cute, just tiny house size. The sliding deck doors, the front door, and the windows placed close to the ceiling give lots of natural light. The loft ceiling is low like they advertise and you do have to watch your head but somehow when you are up it’s the cozier for it. The bed is super comfortable too. The hosts are so nice and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I needed a table lamp so I could read on the comfy little couch and Kim sent over her own lamp she uses for sewing! There’s plenty more to say — all good — but if you’re looking for a place to stay in Fulton you’ll love this place.

What a wonderful, peaceful stay. Very clean, very quiet and many animals to see. The deck is so nice to sit and relax. Everything you need is there even mustard and ketchup. 🙂
They even had fishing poles and I caught 2 fish. It was very very nice.
Very cozy, meaning tiny! The pictures are a bit deceiving as far as the space in the sitting area. The step risers are very tall and was a bit difficult for me being 5’1”. The kitchen was sufficient with an apartment sized fridge. Bathroom was adequate and shower was just fine. The deck/veranda was beautiful and it was nice to sit out with a cup of coffee in the morning or visit with friends in the evening. Parking was okay, but it was difficult parking our large SUV. Location was perfect for our needs and we were able to get to Columbia, Hatton, and Millersburg easily. The pond was nice and we were able to catch and release a couple bass and bluegill. Kim was great at responding. The loft was a bit difficult to maneuver in but doable. Perhaps easier for someone younger! Overall a nice place to stay for a couple days.
