Big Blue - Absolute sea views and pool

Spectacularly located around 50 meters above the sea, on the rugged northern coast of Kea, this house has arguably the best sea views on the island. As part of a nearly finished exclusive housing development, Big Blue offers guests all modern amenities while keeping its local architectural character.
Covering a total area of 160 sq.m. in two levels, it is suitable for up to 8 guests.
The upper level comprises a large open plan fitted kitchen with all modern cons, a dining table, a sitting area with TV & stereo system and a bathroom. The living area opens up to a large shaded terrace with a dining table and a sitting area, ideal for sunset cocktails and 'al-fresco' dining. The absolute sea view from this point is dazzling.
The lower level features a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds(one bedroom has an additional sofa bed) and a bathroom with double wash basin and a shower. Another small single bedroom without windows and a useful storage room complete the level. An external door gives immediate access to the swimming pool and the surrounding area with four sunbeds and a sofa.

The villa is situated near the monastery of Kastriani only a 15-minute drive from the port of Korissia, where the ferry docks, 10 minutes away from the organized beach of Spathi and 8 minutes from the beach of Otzia, the most kids-friendly beach on the island.
