The house is accurately described by the photos. It is in immaculate condition and beautifully maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked. The back deck with the pool is a wonderfully relaxing area, with good shade and a large table and, unlike many of the completely walled-in houses, has a good view of the natural area behind the house. The house is in a quiet residential area, but just 10 minutes to the action. The four bedrooms can easily accommodate four couples, each with an attached bathroom, without any couple squeezed into a kids’ room. Bocabay management is great, with a nice introduction upon arrival, offering to bring anything we might run out of or need. We would be excited to stay here again on our next trip to Aruba.

Beautiful Villa — Great Location!The pictures don’t do this rental justice. There is a huge common space and the doors open to make a fantastic indoor/outdoor common area. Also, each couple had their own quiet en suite oasis with unique decor, large bed with quality linens, and bathroom with all the toiletries and towel service you’d expect at a high-end hotel. The pool was private and there was plenty of space for lounging in both sun and shade. We also made short drives to enjoy Arashi Beach (less than 10 min.) and Malmok Beach (maybe 5 min.) We had some fantastic meals at restaurants and also cooked in the large and well-appointed kitchen/bbq. The golf course is also a very short drive away. Palm Beach is just a .3 mile walk across the park, and we had a great time at the Ritz Carlton Casino. Grocery stores and mini marts are both available within a short drive when we needed to resupply. Bocobay was great - happy to provide recommendations and help out with questions. All around a great find - will book again!

Bedroom next to 1/2 bath had zero shower pressure and the toilet pipe was leaking. The infinity pool overflow pump didn’t work. Tho the response to this issue was very quick and rep went above and beyond bringing maintenance over at midnight, they couldn’t fix issue after we waited for them 2x to come over and fix (the guests didn’t feel comfortable being in their room unless there). Cleaning crew HAD to know this was an issue unless they simply didn’t clean this shower? Other than these major issues, house had good layout for 8 guests!
