We loved the beautiful Xmas decorations. The house had lovely updates and decor, and we really appreciated all the space it gave us.

Great property, the host was very friendly and very responsive, we had a great time, would rent again, very clean and had everything we needed. Location is great, we had fun at the Van Buren Fall Festival and our family reunion.

There is a lot of things to do in Fort Smith which is just 15 minutes away. Great museums and down town Van Buren is very unique. Great stay.

House was a good size, perfect for our needs. However, a bed was broke, and for some reason we could not get any hot water warmer than Luke warm. That was really bad. If the hot water and the bed get fixed I would highly recommend this place.
