Arrived late in the evening dead tired. We found a clean home to relax in and comfortable beds to sleep in.All amenities were there. I will recommend this to all my family and friends for any get away.

There is a lot of things to do in Fort Smith which is just 15 minutes away. Great museums and down town Van Buren is very unique. Great stay.

House was a good size, perfect for our needs. However, a bed was broke, and for some reason we could not get any hot water warmer than Luke warm. That was really bad. If the hot water and the bed get fixed I would highly recommend this place.
