Property Description:

Our private side entrance welcomes you to an open living area located just off the kitchen, which is perfect for mingling while cooking.

Overlooking the private courtyard, plenty of natural light filters from the wall of windows in the dining & living areas, providing a cheerful space for lingering around the table long after meals.

Our "foodie" kitchen thoughtfully provides just about every essential, from a Keurig coffee maker, to spices, a salad spinner, and bakeware to make food preparation a joy, so please leave your own kitchen at home! Your children will instantly gravitate to the eat-in kitchen table and feel right at home while using the available kid-friendly plates, cutlery, and booster seats.

Accommodations:

Two spacious luxurious king-sized master suites with private baths and generously sized romantic soaking tubs will pamper the adults in your gathering.

The first bedroom, our main-level king suite is conveniently located off just the living area.

The staircase leading to the upper-level guides you in two directions.

To the left, a loft for lounging and second private king-sized ensuite with romantic bedding and a plush mattress awaits you.

To the right, the third and fourth cheerfully decorated bedrooms overlook the amphitheater on the green--one with queen-sized accommodations and the other containing a twin-sized bed and twin bunks accommodate three. These are complemented by another shared bath and adjoining full-service laundry room.

On the ground level, an inviting family room beckons with a down-filled cushioned Pottery Barn sectional, 46" HDTV, Wii Game Console, Dining Table for 6 with Poker Set, and combo Pool/Ping Pong/Air Hockey game table and Foosball set.

In the family room living area, there is also a twin-sized daybed for additional seating or sleeping arrangements for an additional guest.

Ensconced on the opposite side are a fifth coastal bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a second set of twin bunks, and a fourth adjacent full bath.

All 5 bedrooms feature plush mattresses and flat-screen TV's (3 of which are Samsung Smart TV's for streaming your own subscriptions).

There is also 55" Smart Roku TV in the main living area and DVD players throughout the home.

This is a beautiful home. It is clean and very cozy. It has anything and everything a guest would want. There are many spices, an abundance of pots and pans, nightlights,phone chargers, many games, great beach towels and chairs and toys. The beds are comfortable. The owners are responsive. If we are in the area again we will definitely come bank. Thanks for a great vacation.

This property is wonderful for families. Very well stocked with all the things you need so you’re not running back-and-forth to the store for things that you forgot. Our family had an amazing short getaway to connect with relatives and grandparents. The place was very well equipped for every detail family would need. We had a wonderful stay at Diane’s home. She has thought of everything! It was very spacious and perfect for our group. We had great communication from the hosts. Check-in was a breeze. The house was clean & well stocked, including beach supplies. Shuttle to & from the boardwalk/beach was easy & reliable. The pool & gym access was great. There were 11 of us & we had room to hang out together & to also spread out. Everything about this trip was awesome! The hosts were extremely quick in their responses and very accommodating!! The comfort of the rental was huge because we had 4 kids under 5 with us, and that’s always a concern when staying somewhere we aren’t familiar with. The garage had everything you needed for hanging out in the yard, going to the beach, etc. The location was perfect because you could either drive to Rehoboth or Ocean City for the boardwalks…but we enjoyed Bethany Beach since it was closer. We will 100% be staying here again in the future!!!

This home was absolutely delightful! The home is very clean and comfortable. The owners provided many touches that you don't usually find In a basic rental. They provided beach toys, bikes and chairs. Ample cooking spices are in the well stocked kitchen. The. Basement had games for kids and adults. The owner was so responsive to any questions we had. We cant wait tostay here again!

My family of 13, from 7 months to 61, had an awesome time! We have stayed at this development before, so we knew what we were getting. This unit was close to the pool (great for lugging a bunch of baby/toddler gear) and golf/clubhouse. And it had just the right accommodations for our group. Plenty of beds and baths, and all the baby and children's equipment was a big plus! Toys, games and everything! In fact, this was probably the best supplied house we've ever rented (we do this once or twice a year) It has everything you need, down to paper supplies, laundry and kitchen needs, even plastic ziplocs in the kitchen! I always bring these with us! The house was clean and ready to go when we arrived. All we had to do was bring the fun!

Magnificent Vacation

My family and I just completed our stay at a property at Bear Trap Dunes. Our stay was fantastic. The home we stayed at had everything. I could have left home half of the things that I packed since the home was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. My grandchildren whose ages were 13, 14, 15, 16 and 19 had a great time on the bottom floor which was completely equipped with pool table, air hockey, card table and a Hugh TV. The pool was a 3 minute walk from the house as well as the basket ball court which the boys loved. Communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions I had they were answered immediately. Looking forward to returning next year.
