We really enjoyed our stay at the Summer Wind beach house. The pool across the street was so convenient. The house was clean, the kitchen well furnished, the extra amenities at the house were great. The kids and adults enjoyed the games and the outside space! The hosts were great with communication and responded very quickly to a few questions I had prior to arrival. They were great to work with.

The house was nicely laid out for lots of time together and also for some alone times. Being across the street from the pool was very convenient, though you must also try the other pool too if you have kids- the lily pads were a hit! Appreciate the house’s little library and games. The house was very clean and I enjoyed not having to bring linens. Sandee was very responsive to a couple little questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We are six golfing gals that rented this wonderful property. We had three bathrooms we all shared and a lot bedrooms. We loved the ping pong table in the garage and the pack man upstairs. A lot of betting going on. The house is very spacious and we loved the large family room upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. I would recommend this home to anyone with multiple individuals. We were here unfortunately during the Nor Easter, but we had a lot to keep us busy at the house.Sandee was a wonderful host and responsive to our question.

My family came with my brother's family and our parents. We had 4 kids with us (10-18months) and they were very well accommodated. All 3 families had their quarters and the home is quite spacious. Beautiful, friendly Community. The owners Sandee and Curt thought about everything to place in the home to make their guest very comfortable. We were very relaxed and made many core memories. We loved going to the pool and eating our meals on the patio. Bethany, Fenwick and Northern Ocean City are all short drives so the home is in a perfect location. You will not be disappointed with this rental property. So much care and love is shown in the details.

Amazing Hosts

This place was amazing. The hosts provided plenty of amenities and entertainment for small and grown up kids. They provided a nice welcome bag anything else you could imagine. From beach chairs, inflatable beds, extra pillows and blankets, the list goes on. Ocean city was a half hour or so away but well worth the drive for the hospitality.

The home is exquisite! Every room was extremely clean and well designed and decorated. There was more than enough space for our family of 8. The neighborhood is beautiful and the stay included access to all resort activities ( pool, kayak, pickle ball, weight room, etc) . The communication with the hosts was excellent prior and during the stay. The kitchen and living room area was spacious had all amentities were included. The backyard was ample for our outside needs. The only drawback is the beach is a 15 minute drive away but that did not damper our happiness for the home and area. Rate 10/10.

Golf weekend

We had a wonderful time staying here during our golf vacation. The house was beautiful and clean and there was plenty of room for our 8 person crew. Sandee and Chad were very responsive and went above and beyond with the amenities they provided. It was really nice not having to worry about buying a linen package. Having access to the club house with a gym was an added bonus. There was plenty to do in the evenings with the games they provided, including the ping pong table and the Pac Man machine. We will be happy to return here next year for our spring golf trip.

We stayed at this beautiful beachy home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and did not leave anything out for an enjoyable stay. From the warm decor, comfortable beds, easy access to the pools with one directly across the street., beach shuttle within walking distance and Sandee our host even left a hospitality/welcome basket upon our arrival. Very nice! I would definitely love to come back! This home was spacious enough for our family of 12 to have plenty of space to spread out. Our grandkids spent most of their time watching TV and playing games upstairs after the beach or pool while us adults enjoyed visiting in the kitchen and outdoor patio space. Oh yes, and the ping pong table in the garage was also a big hit. Thank you Sandee and Curt for a memorable vacation!

We're coming back!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was the perfect size for our 13 family and friends ranging from 5 to 76. The upstairs 'game' room was awesome for the kids to have a place to hang out. Every member of our vacation party was impressed; the house and community had everything we needed. One of the pools was immediately across the street so smaller groups could go there to hang out and wait for the rest before we headed to the beach. The beach shuttle was incredibly convenient and also just across the street. The larger pool was amazingly family friendly and never crazy crowded. Everything we needed from towels to can openers were there. The local frogs, though not provided by Sandee, were an awesome distraction to our Californian nephew. Couldn't have asked for more. Sandee was fantastic! She provided very detailed and clear information and knew right when to send it. Just as I was wondering about details, there they were. While we were there, we had a question and she got back to us very quickly. She even provided a very thoughtful welcome basket. Honestly, in post-vacation conversations, we couldn't think of anything we would change. We will be back!
