Modern 5 Bedroom 4 Full Bath Bethany Beach Home

This beautiful modern new home is approximately 1.5 miles from the beach and contains a large open concept kitchen, dining, and living area that is perfect for family gatherings with outdoor shower and laundry on the 1st level.

Grandparents can stay in the first floor Bedroom for easy accessibility. All 5 bedrooms are appointed with high-end mattresses to provide luxury and comfort. You can sit in the loft watching TV or playing games or relax outside in the Patio sofas, while the loved ones are grilling. There are also some outdoor games like cornhole for spirited family competitions.

If going to the beach and boardwalk that is only a mile away, you can drive, cycle or walk. There is also a shuttle from the Clubhouse throughout the day during the summer months. Upon your return there is an outdoor shower conveniently located on the side of the home facing towards the bushes to remove remaining sand. Come stay at this wonderful property and enjoy your vacation.

The property is also a short distance from Ocean City, MD, shopping in Rehoboth Beach, and many restaurants and family-friendly attractions. If local theater is your thing, the Dickens Theater is a five minute drive with shows for the whole family and reasonably priced tickets. They specialize in magic shows and do not disappoint.

There is also a well-appointed clubhouse on the property with every amenity imaginable:

Traveled with 8 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room in this nicely appointed home! The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the spacious bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the extra refrigerator in the garage was a great bonus. The community is lovely with a great pool just a couple blocks away. We loved having bicycles available, and used them daily. The patio was very comfortable and the flat back yard provided a nice space for the kids to play games.

This is a simply wonderful vacation home...not only is it spacious and beautifully decorated, it also has every amenity you could imagine. There is plenty of space for everyone, with the loft area being our grandkids' favorite place to hang out. Bedrooms are well-appointed, with plenty of storage and the bathrooms even have bath mats! The patio furniture easily accommodates a large group.The owners have definitely thought of everything to make your stay a breeze! There are beach toys, chairs, coolers, a beach wagon, umbrellas, even a few extra towels. Board games, books, and a kitchen with every appliance you will need (or want) AND a lot of misc items (dish soap, foil, seasonings, etc). *So don't go to the store till after you check in!And then there is the Community Center ... ooh la la, it is truly a spa-like experience.The gym is well equipped, and the pool area is more than lovely. The shuttle to the beach is also a huge plus.When we reached out to them about one small issue, they immediately called us back and resolved it quickly. So communication is also 5-star!This is by far the best beach house we have stayed in (and this is our 10th year of hosting a 12-person family gathering)!

Great vacation house!

Amazing, beautiful house. We were 8 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 3. So much room for all of us and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely recommend for anyone coming down to Bethany Beach!

My family enjoyed daily drives into town. We enjoyed time at the outdoor community pool. Kamal was great and super responsive during the whole process. Everything we needed was in the house and very well stocked. Would stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful vacation home

This vacation home property was perfect for us, and would be, I think, for anyone! It is nicely furnished and well-equipped. There is plenty of everything needed. We found the house very clean and in good condition. The owner is super nice and very accommodating! Should be decide to have a repeat vacation, I would certainly revisit this property.

Very happy I chose this home . This home is exactly as advertised, and more importantly, as pictured.This beautiful house is much larger than even the photos show. The home was also squeaky clean.This property was gorgeous well maintained and well furnished. It was great that they had bikes , extra beach chairs and umbrellas, everything you need. The owner was extremely responsive and Would stay here again.

My family and I had the most magical vacation here! This was the most perfect location with all the amenities. Spacious house with plenty of room for a large family! Spacious kitchen to cook meals. They have a free shuttle to the beach from the development. The pool and gym are perfect! And only a 6 minute drive to the beach! We all lived it here! Even the neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Great for all ages!

Great Place to stay with large group

Wonderful property to go with extended family. I went with multi-generations and other family members (grandparents, kids, siblings, cousins). We all had activities to do. The pool club was great for the kids. Definitely recommend for a large group. All of us had ample space to spread out. The host was very good about checking in and addressing any issues.

Wonderful home for beach getaway

It was a pleasure to spend the week at Kamal’s home. The property is beautiful and very clean. Kamal is very flexible, thoughtful and responsive. The home was cozy and his attention to detail was appreciated. My nieces enjoyed going to the clubhouse to swim and to play pool. The beaches are in close proximity so we visited each of them during the week. We look forward to returning next year! Thank you for helping us to have a wonderful experience.

Great place in Bethany

We had a wonderful week in Bethany. The house is bigger than it appears in pictures. Very clean and well maintained. We traveled with 3 couples and 3 young children. The upstairs bedrooms are all large and separated enough that everyone slept well. The pool was an easy walk and fabulous for kids. Bethany beach is a short drive (5 mins). Would recommend beach- goers park a few blocks off the main beach access in Bethany where the beach is much less crowded. Would also recommend Sunshine Baby Rentals for easy crib and baby gear rentals.

Family-friendly, impeccably decorated and well-located home in Bethany Beach

We had an amazing time at this house. It is just as the pictures show but looks even better in person. The house is located in the Beach Club subdivision which is a five minute drive to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk or to Bethany Beach. The beaches of Fenwick Island and South Bethany are within 5-10 minutes. The subdivision has a pool that is available. The pool access is very safe, as numbers of people and times offered, are limited so as to be safe during the COVID pandemic. The subdivision is very quiet and full of families. Inside the house, there are wonderful furnishings and the beds were so extremely comfortable. And everything was brand new!! We could not have had a better time in this beautiful and comfortable home that is located close to everywhere we wanted to go. We hope to return to this home in the future. Also, Kamal was lovely to work with and extremely responsive.

We have been renting in and around the Bethany area for about 30 years. Without question, Keith and Tina’s home is top notch and nicer than most you will find in the area. It is super clean, well maintained and well appointed. The community is quiet, and everyone we met was very friendly. The pool and Beach Club were awesome and only a few minute walk or bike ride away. We truly felt like we were in our home away from home, and would absolutely stay here again.
