The apartment was as advertised- wonderful view of the ocean and conveniently located to the pools and the beach. The hosts were very responsive and did a wonderful job of explaining the entire Sea Colony community as well as check in procedures; use of the premises; etc. Overall-5 star review.

First time at Sea Colony East. The seaside facilities and our unit were in excellent condition. I would definitely return to this unit if I decide to visit Bethany beach again. While I understand that it is important to keep non residents out, wearing a badge to go to the beach or a swimming pool is a bit over the top, especially for little kids.

Wonderful family vacation

The stay was great even though there was a hurricane during much of it. There were a couple of hiccups that weren’t anyone’s fault, but the hosts were incredibly responsive. The place was very clean and well stocked with items to get us through the first day without having to run out to the store. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful trip to Sea Colony! It was relaxing to have tea each morning and look out at the beach, which was so easily accessible during our time there, as well as walks to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The condo was perfect - beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed and then some. We hope to return in the future.

Upon entering it was better than you can imagine. Everything was clean and in its place…exactly as pictured! You have an ocean view from the living area, kitchen, primary and primary bathroom! We arrived around 1:30 and were able to get our tags and parking passes early and ready to get it with our code at 3pm- seamless check in and access to the condo. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year:)

Perfect location for a family get-away!

We had a wonderful week in Bethany at Sean & Julie's place! We loved the convenient access to the beach and heated pools. The condo was equipped with everything we could have needed -- even beach chairs and toys for the kids. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and watched the dolphins every morning while we drank our coffee. We took advantage of many amenities including the free trolly, the splash pad, indoor and outdoor pools, and the bonfires on the beach on Thursday (with marshmallows!). We absolutely plan to return.

What an incredible stay!! The hosts communication was prompt, the condo was very clean and inviting. It contained everything we needed to be comfortable with the exception of bath and bed linens, which was something we knew we needed. The view was majestic especially when we saw all the dolphins! The deck was a perfect place to have an after beach/pool drink while everyone was taking turns showering. The building was situated between 2 pools and beach entrances- SO CONVENIENT- especially with little ones!! We absolutely loved our stay and know others will too!!

Clean, Easy, Friendly Owners

Three adults (including 85 y/o grandma) and three teenage boys. The condo was clean, the view was incredible, and the accommodations perfect. We hit the beach every day, played Bingo, and used the weight/workout room two buildings over. The owners were super cool, even when one of my boys accidently broke something.

We cannot say enough great things about our stay this year. Beyond the unit being beautifully decorated, it had additional amenities that went above and beyond any of the other units we've stayed in over the past 20 years.The oversized washer & dryer made the chore of washing our beach towels everyday so much easier and the ice maker was an incredible perk to fill our cooler with each day.And lastly, there was a lovely welcome note from the owners, along with a little basket of goodies when we arrived on the first day, which was such an unexpected touch and the perfect way to kick-off our stay and vacation!We will definitely be returning again next year!

Wonderful Beach Week at a great condo

This is the perfect condo for families. Julie and Sean were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to help make check in easy and are very responsive. The condo is very well stocked, and beautifully done. The views are amazing. We saw so many Dolphins. The location is perfect. We loved waking up on the beach. Thank you Julie and Sean for sharing this great condo with us. We hope to make this an annual get together and absolutly would come back here.

Bethany Beach

The condo was very nice and clean and accommodated our family well! The only hang up was the checking in process. It was a little confusing on where to go and navigating the area initially but once we figured it out it was fine! We don’t travel much so it could be that we were just inexperienced haha. Thanks for a lovely stay in a lovely condo right on the beach 😊😊

Best stay yet at Sea Colony

Third time staying at Sea Colony and this is the best condo yet. Stayed with our two daughters. Extremely clean on arrival and plenty of room. Communicated directly with owners who were extremely responsive. Condo is exactly as pictured. Lots of amenities in condo (Keurig, toaster, ice maker, washer/dryer) and well stocked with odds and ends one could need. Beyond pleased with our experience and I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Great Oceanfront condo!

My family had a great stay at this Sea Colony condo! The property was very clean with comfortable couches and beds and a nice big flat screen TV in the family room. The host was very responsive to all of my inquiries which really helped us get settled in quickly. The condo had lots of things in stock in the kitchen and the bathrooms such as shampoo and soap, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and even K-Cups for the Keurig! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning and night the weather cooperated with the awesome ocean view! We were very satisfied with our stay, and would definitely stay here again.
