Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is at 10am on the day you are leaving. All keys need to be back to Crowley by then, failure to do so will result in late charges that will be taken from your security deposit.
Please make sure your vehicles are not parked in the spots past 10am on check out day so the cleaning crews can park as they need to get in the property to prepare it for our next guest
Please take out the garbage and recycling during your stay. Please have all dishes, plates, etc. washed, cleaned and put away before you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Right on the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. The beach is BUSY so it helped to walk down the boardwalk a bit to set up our umbrellas and chairs. The host provided the chairs, umbrellas, boards and bikes so we didn't have to haul any of that from home. Lots of space and we appreciated the 3 full bathrooms at the end of a sandy day!

Family vacation 2025

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was in the ideal location close everything Bethany Beach has to offer. The balcony was nice to people watch in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for better. Thanks for an amazing week.

What a great condo. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this was a perfect place for my family. The location was ideal. The condo was updated and well-cared for. Loved it. We hope to be back.

The condo itself was updated, clean and had a great location right on the main square of the boardwalk. Parking was easy as well. My only gripe was that the host asks that you provide towels, sheets, and paper products (like paper towels and toilet paper) and they ask for the dishes to be fully put away (not the dishwasher running) before checkout so my departure morning with kids was a little hectic. Communication wise, the hosts were easy to get in touch with but didn't always look for solutions to my questions

PERFECT location

Location is absolutely perfect for a family that wants to roam the boardwalk, hit the beach or generally enjoy Bethany. Plenty of space and the layout is great. The two secured parking spots are solid gold.

A Wonderful Weekend at Blue Surf

We rented 307 Blue Surf two years ago. The property is still in great condition with new amenities such as Smart TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The location right on the boardwalk in the heart of Bethany still can’t be beat. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent vacation accommodations.

The entire process from start to finish was easy and the owner very personable, responsive, and accommodating. The condo actually exceeded expectations as we have been going to beaches our entire lives and have seen all levels of offerings. . Will be considering a return visit next year if we are able.

This oceanfront condo has everything you will need to have the best vacation ever! Oceanfront, private pool, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. all within walking distance. Park your car and never use it the entire week. We will be back again next year!

Perfect beach week for a small group!

Nothing can beat this location! We usually go to Bethany with a larger group, but this year it was just 4 adults and a baby and this condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. It will be hard to stay anywhere but here now. We made so many special family memories and We will definitely be renting this condo in the future!

307 Blue Surf is the most spectacular OCEANFRONT condo in all of downtown Bethany Beach, DE. We have always loved these since they were built and said that if one became available we would be interested. One did and the rest is history.

What makes this property unique

Direct OCEANFRONT condo on 1 level. Also right on the boardwalk in downtown Bethany Beach, DE. The condo comes with 2 parking spots, off street as well as a pool only for this complex which is only 13 units. You could come for the week and never get in your car.
