3BR / 3BA OCEANFRONT Condo on the Bethany Boardwalk with a POOL

307 Blue Surf... the most desirable oceanfront condo in all of Bethany Beach! On the beach, on the boardwalk, right in the center of Bethany Beach. It doesn't get any closer than this. New construction in 2009, this one level condo unit has 3 big bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (2 are true masters) with every amenity possible, including one of Bethany Beach's only pools strictly for this small, 13 unit condo complex. Also included are an elevator, 2 parking spots off street, high-speed wireless internet and smart TV's in every room. The spectacular kitchen has brand new, as of October 2024, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets and all brand new equipment fit for any gourmet chef. There are 4 brand new for 2023 bar stools to sit around the kitchen island as well as a brand new for 2023 dining room table. There is also a separate wet bar, again with granite counter tops, a bar sink and plenty of room for your bottles of wine or to make those frozen drinks in the middle of the summer. The condo has upgraded hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room and nice tile in the bathrooms and entrance way. For those cool spring and fall evenings there is a gas fireplace to cozy up to as well. A lovely deck off of both the living room and master bedroom is the perfect place to have your coffee in the morning, a cocktail in the evening or just to people watch, with a view to the ocean. Each bathroom is upgraded as well with granite counter tops and tile showers as well as a soaking tub in the master bath. Condo includes use of owners beach equipment including beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, beach strollers and bicycles. Just come, unpack and never use your car until you leave. This is truly the best and most spectacular option in all of downtown Bethany Beach. The owners have made the condo truly spectacular. New for the 2022 season are brand new mattresses for all beds, Samsung smart TV's in every room and new showerheads. New for the 2023 season are new bar stools, a new kitchen table and chairs and freshly painted throughout. New for the 2025 season are all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and new washer & dryer. If you have any questions before booking (ask owner question) located under request to book. We only book 1 year in advance of booking dates. Full weeks only during the summer, Saturday to Saturday.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is at 10am on the day you are leaving. All keys need to be back to Crowley by then, failure to do so will result in late charges that will be taken from your security deposit.
Please make sure your vehicles are not parked in the spots past 10am on check out day so the cleaning crews can park as they need to get in the property to prepare it for our next guest
Please take out the garbage and recycling during your stay. Please have all dishes, plates, etc. washed, cleaned and put away before you depart.

PERFECT location

Location is absolutely perfect for a family that wants to roam the boardwalk, hit the beach or generally enjoy Bethany. Plenty of space and the layout is great. The two secured parking spots are solid gold.

Perfect location and time to go

The perfect location right next to the boardwalk, and for the unit being right on top of downtown Bethany, once the doors were shut you couldn't hear a sound. The beach supplies and cart were super handy to not have to travel with and were incredibly convenient to use. We lucked out as well with the pool being open for part of our stay and we were able to utilize that as well. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better trip or place to stay as the condo was huge, amazing memories!

Perfect beach week for a small group!

Nothing can beat this location! We usually go to Bethany with a larger group, but this year it was just 4 adults and a baby and this condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. It will be hard to stay anywhere but here now. We made so many special family memories and We will definitely be renting this condo in the future!

Blue Surf 307 was perfect in every way. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great, right on the boardwalk giving us easy access to shopping, dinner and of course the beach!

A Wonderful Weekend at Blue Surf

We rented 307 Blue Surf two years ago. The property is still in great condition with new amenities such as Smart TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The location right on the boardwalk in the heart of Bethany still can’t be beat. Looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful 3BR condo in the heart of Bethany!

Unbeatable location - dead-center on Bethany boardwalk. Allows for an easy walk to anywhere you want to go in Bethany. Gated/secured parking with keypad entry in case you do need to drive to any of the areas nearby like shopping in Rehobeth or the water park in Fenwick Island. The condo has a private pool which is very clean (we saw the pool guy there daily during our stay). The condo itself is clean, well-organized, and has nearly everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this condo - would definitely stay again!

The entire process from start to finish was easy and the owner very personable, responsive, and accommodating. The condo actually exceeded expectations as we have been going to beaches our entire lives and have seen all levels of offerings. . Will be considering a return visit next year if we are able.

This oceanfront condo has everything you will need to have the best vacation ever! Oceanfront, private pool, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. all within walking distance. Park your car and never use it the entire week. We will be back again next year!

Our family visited during Spring Break and we could not have asked for a better property and location. The unit was clean, stylish, and overall outstanding. Bethany Beach Prime Location

Just as many have written before me, the location of this property is superb. Plus, the unit is wonderfully equipped, decorated, furnished and very clean. The whole extended family loved it, especially having a bath along with each bedroom, with a spacious room for the kids. A real plus was not having a big trek to get to the beach, or to a restaurant for a quick bite. We hope to stay here again next year!

Our family loved our stay at 307 Blue Surf. The location was perfect for us being right in the heart of all the activity. A bit noisy - but it didn't bother us. Easy walk to the beach. The unit is updated making it very comfortable and inviting! It was perfect vacation spot. We'll be back again!

Property was nice. Just not oceanfront! It was Ocean View. Some lights did not properly work , nor did mechanical shades in living room. Dryer did not dry properly, due to bird nest in outside vent.

307 Blue Surf is the most spectacular OCEANFRONT condo in all of downtown Bethany Beach, DE. We have always loved these since they were built and said that if one became available we would be interested. One did and the rest is history.

Direct OCEANFRONT condo on 1 level. Also right on the boardwalk in downtown Bethany Beach, DE. The condo comes with 2 parking spots, off street as well as a pool only for this complex which is only 13 units. You could come for the week and never get in your car.
