Beautiful home

Had an awesome long weekend with friends celebrating a big birthday year for us all. The house is very spacious, clean and you can’t beat the location. Will definitely come again if the opportunity presents itself.

Excellent stay!

Our group of families has been coming to Leslie's house for a number of years now and it's always a relaxing and excellent time! The house is incredibly convenient, with parking and beach access, grills onsite, Matt's Fish Camp down the block, and Bethany a short drive away.

Can't Beat the Location

We had a wonderful week at this awesomely located beach house right on the sand. The 2 outdoor showers were spectacular. The layout of the home was great and the bedding very clean and new. Lesley was a joy to communicate with !

Location was great house is great and spacious

But we should have been clearly told on the listing that bed sheets and consumeables will not be included We had to carry all with us as we drove it is ok but if you fly will be hard When u rent such an expensive home u expect all that to be included

Excellent stay!

This is our second time staying at this property. The private community of Tower Shores is our favorite due to the private beach. There is no sea of umbrellas in this area! Beautiful, crowd-free beach. This house being right on the beach makes it that much better. You can not beat this location. House has an updated kitchen with everything you can possibly need. Plenty of beds and room for a group. We are a group of 8 and had plenty of space. Lesley, the power, is so responsive and easy to work with. Not having to deal with a management company is wonderful! We can not wait to come back next year!

Can’t beat the location!

Perfect family home right on the beach. Off season was so lovely with very few other people on the beach. The house was great! New kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Be sure to consider renting all types of linens including bath mats, hand towels, dish towels - I made the mistake of just renting bath and beach towels with the sheets and it just wasn’t enough. Be sure to pack TP, paper towels, coffee pods, laundry detergent etc. The kitchen was well stocked with a great selection of pans, Pyrex,tongs, cookie sheets etc. We cooked all weekend. Absolutely cannot beat the location and views and Leslie is a complete doll! So kind and wonderful to work with! It made for a serotonin boosting weekend for the family!!

Oceanfront and Full Moon

My mom turned 85 and all she wanted was "Oceanfront and Moonlight." And, she got the most magnificent moonlit skies, crashing waves, and astounding sunrises and sunsets. Most of all, our whole family loved how close this home is to the ocean!

Amazing house and location

This is our second time staying here. The house is gorgeous and the location can’t be beat. The kitchen has everything you’d need and is very spacious for home cooked meals while you look out over the beach and ocean. Lesley is also very quick to reply to questions. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Outstanding ocean-front house

The house was absolutely fantastic. Right on the beach. Wonderful social/hanging out space in the open kitchen, living, dinging area. Everything you need - from grills, to beach chairs, to pots and pans. (Note: as is customary, you'll need to bring or rent linens - we used Sheets at the Beach which was great - and minor stuff like soap, shampoo) Lots of comfortable and flexible sleeping space. And Lesley is a friendly and extremely responsive host. This house is a superb option for a multi-family or multi-friend gathering. We loved it!

Fabulous place to stay!

This rental was one of the best, if not the best house we have contracted. Roomy by far. The main level opens to a large kitchen and living area with a picture perfect view of the ocean. The kitchen is spacious with all the necessities. The living areas have comfy couches and tables which made playing games lots of fun. The large dining table accommodated us quite nicely. The bedrooms are quite spacious and add an element of privacy when needed.. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers. The master shower is HUGE. There are two additional outside showers that are quite spacious and very convenient. . We spent lovely evenings outside on the large deck enjoying the ocean sounds. The house was clean upon arrival. The owner/property manager was very helpful in answering any questions and meeting all our needs. We will certainly keep this rental at the top of our list for our future vacations to Bethany Beach.

Doesn’t get Better than This!

If you want a McMansion , of which I personally don’t , this isn’t your best choice. BUT, if you want a very nice home, not just beach house, so close and convenient to the ocean and all it’s splendor, THIS IS IT!! Our first time at this home. Right on the Beach. Delightful little neighborhood close enough to the hubbub but still peaceful tranquility. We’re already trying to decide the 2 weeks for the next year. One in the Winter and the one with 93 yr old mom down to 8 yr old Granddaughter. It’s a memory maker.

A wonderful place to stay....

When rented this property in order to celebrate our son's 18th birthday party with a couple of friends and family. We played games...made great food in the big kitchen, and watched sunrises and sunsets from both lower and upper porches. The house offers easy proximity to grocery stores (10 min away) and lots of different rooms on three floors. This gave our kids and friends lots of their own space when needed and at the same time, the great room on the main floor was able to accommodate all of us for meals and when we all wanted to be together. I found the flexibility of the space especially useful when a few people wanted to read and others wanted to play games or watch a movie. The house offers multiple ways to do this and over the years, our best houses have been the most flexible ones....This house was great for this. The recent kitchen renovation was awesome and well-outfitted with plenty of cooking utensils and bowls/trays/etc...The beachside porch on the main floor has lots of seating and offers great views. We would definitely rent this one again. Thanks so much for letting us host our celebration here!
