We’re sure that you’ll make lifelong memories here just as we have. Please note that we are VRBO Premier Hosts with an extensive history on the platform and this is a new listing for us. You'll be in good hands by booking our place.

The space
Located in the Tower Shores Neighborhood which features private beach access, a playground, and tennis courts.

This stylish home features 4 bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with beds. The primary bedroom features an attached bathroom, the hallway bathroom services the other 3 downstairs bedrooms, and the loft has its own bathroom. Dramatic, vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room make for an open, spacious feel.

We provide all bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beach chairs and towels are also provided allowing for an easy traveling experience. An outdoor shower is available so you can rinse the sand off after your beach visit!

The living room has a huge couch and comfy lounge chairs plus a Smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix for your enjoyment. There are also Smart TVs in the all downstairs bedrooms except the kid’s (twin) bedroom. We offer high speed WiFi to ensure that streaming or video calls are seamless. Don’t miss the arcade game in the kid’s room that is sure to be a hit with the whole family!

The kitchen is updated with plenty of counter and cabinet space. It’s fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots/pans, and cutlery. We also provide coffee, creamer, and sugar.

The dining table seats 8 guests and there are 4 barstools available at the kitchen counter for more seating or casual meals.

Enjoy peeks of the ocean and bay from the ample outdoor deck space.

Dedicated workspace in the loft for those working from home.

High chair, pack-n-play, and baby gate provided.

Driveway - can fit 4-5 cars (depending on the size of your vehicles).

Other things to note
SECURITY CAMERAS: There is a security camera at the top of the exterior stairs facing the street. It’s there because we live far away and need to coordinate deliveries and contractors in the off season. We have no interest in monitoring the comings and goings of our guests :)

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

No refunds given for cancellations due to weather or illness. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel.

Cancellations include date change requests (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date)

We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
