Ocean Block Townhouse with Beautiful Beach Views

Breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean, private beach and the adjacent state park. Absolutely fabulous location that is very close to the ocean front. Walk 50 steps to the private family oriented beach. Relax on your choice of two large back decks (one off the living room and one off of the master bedroom) that overlook the ocean and state park. As of 05/2018, completely renovated kitchen with new cabinets, appliances and floor. Fully equipped kitchen. New floors in main living area and entry foyer. Very comfortable leather covered living room couches. Flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom. Separate dining room. Tennis courts and a small playground for toddlers are available within a short walking distance. Front deck affords an enjoyable view of friends and family playing tennis or children playing at the small playground. You can enjoy a crab feast at the covered pavilion adjoining the small playground. Private parking is out front, and a private backyard. If you love the beach, then you will thoroughly enjoy our beach home. Renters need to bring your own linens, sheets, towels, paper products, shampoos and soaps.

So close to the beach

Property was clean and had an excellent location. Just steps from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and they had all the beach accessories and toys for a family. The neighborhood was also ideal for young children.

AMAZING WEEK!

We love staying at this property as it is clean, convenient and right in the center of all in Tower Shores. We love the layout and the kitchen is perfect for all of us to share a meal and play a game after a full day on the beach. We love everything about this property and can't wait to come back next year!!!

Family Vacation Fun

Had a great time at Brendan's and Beth's cozy beach home. What a wonderful place to spend our vacation with our family! Just a short walk to the beach and the view off the back porches is amazing.

The location is clearly great and the neighborhood was lovely—quiet, very family friendly. The home was clean, comfortable, with many amenities to make the stay easy and relaxing. The hosts are wonderful—easily the best we’ve encountered in many years of renting the Vrbo. They were very responsive to our inquiries prior to our arrival, and during our stay when we had a very minor issue that we alerted them to as only an FYI for future rentals, within hours they had a plan to remedy it. I would not hesitate to come back again! It was truly one of the most relaxing beach vacations we’ve had.

Great property with outstanding views

We had an amazing time! The views from the decks are great, there was lots for our 3 year olds to do at the park, the house is updated and clean, and access to the beach is extremely easy. Can’t wait to visit again.

We've stayed at Tower Shores for the last 10 years. It is a nice and quiet community with a beautiful beach. We've stayed in 6 different units over the years and this one has been our favorite. The kitchen was great. It had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large family and was super organized. There is a large round table for eating and enough seating in the living room for all 8 of us and to sit. There is also plenty of decking chairs for all to enjoy and outdoor experience. We really love this unit, community and beach!

Fabulous beach house!

We loved staying here. It took us maybe a minute to walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the owners have thought of everything to ensure guests have a very comfortable stay. It was so nice to have chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided. We also found the kitchen to be very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Great Time Again!

We have stayed here for multiple years and this is such a great place. It is literally a few steps to the beach, and the views of the ocean from the back deck are spectacular. We love the living area for our family to hang out and the kitchen and recently updated bathrooms are great. We will continue to book in the future.

Another memorable Bethany Beach Vacation!

We had an incredible stay, again, at this property! It feels like home as you enter and with all the up to date amenities, it is wonderful to be there. The hosts have made this property just about perfect and we just enjoy being there. The proximity to the beach is terrific and the views are nothing short of spectacular. Our favorite place to stay’

We visit Bethany Beach every few years and have stayed on several different rentals over the years. This one is far and away our favorite! It’s about 100 ft from the beach, and has a wonderful view from the upstairs balcony! It was exceptionally clean, which is not always the case at other places we’ve stayed. It also had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay- we were easily able to cook our meals and relax here.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were blown away by the kitchen and how well stocked it was. I had brought a number of things with me and found I didn't even need them. We loved how close it is to the beach. So easy to go back to the house and grab some lunch, frequent bathroom trips, etc. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything we needed!

This property is a very short walk to the beach and was so well equipped with everything we needed. There were lots of chairs, toys, games, and extra bedroom essentials like pillows. The outside shower was great for rinsing off all the sand before entering the house. Parking was ample and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolute gem!

We have been renting in Bethany for several years and this has been our favorite by far. Can't say enough good things about it. Beautiful unit, so incredibly well and thoughtfully stocked, steps to the beach, playground, multiple truly beautiful views, great outdoor spaces for morning coffee and meals. Clearly well maintained. Would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Townhouse, Fantastic Stay!

This is our 3rd stay at this property, and our visits just keep getting better! Perfect location, with ocean views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Our little folks loved the playground, and the older crowd loved the central location to everything - the neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, but restaurants and boardwalks are a short drive away. The newly remodeled kitchen is superb - well laid out and well stocked. The layout is surprisingly roomy, with both good communal space and plenty of room to have some quiet time to yourself. The hosts are wonderful - very responsive. We really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves, other than to say we will be back!

We love coming to the beach with our family, and have made significant renovations to the house making it more enjoyable. We have owned the house for 21 years and have enjoyed making memories with family and friends, including sharing many meals around the table on the back deck overlooking the beach dunes.

Why they chose this property

If you like a quiet family beach, then Atlantic Watergate is a wonderful beach vacation in close proximity (50 steps) to a private beach. You have tremendous privacy looking out onto the Delaware state park that is adjacent to our back yard. It sleeps 10 comfortably and you can dine either on the back deck or in the dining room.
