Enjoy the gorgeous Bethany beach sunsets and sunrises on one of the 4 balconies while staying in this 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that sleeps 8. Walk 100 yards from the front door to the private Tower Shores beach or relax poolside in the courtyard. If you are feeling more adventurous you are just minutes away from downtown Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. Also located near the Delaware Seashore State Park, outlet shopping, fine dining, fishing and plenty of outdoor activities for you and your family to enjoy. A wonderful place to getaway from it all and make lifelong memories.

Pool opens late June 2025, closes Labor Day.

Great location! Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and Matt's Fish Camp. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year.

Great family vacation at the condo. The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. Very close to the beach and a short driver in either direction to Bethany or Rehoboth. The pool was a nice added touch.

Family Beach Weekend

Very clean and comfortable space for my family, with a shared yard for my kids to run around while we grilled. The short walk to the private beach is what makes this a great location, and a short drive to grocery, shopping etc. Had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the communication was almost instant. We will be staying again.

Very nice property just next to the fishing beach. The community is well cared for and feels very safe. The condo was well equipped and exactly as described. The hosts were very response and accommodating.

Cozy, clean condo steps away from a private beach. Perfect getaway for my family. Very relaxing close enough to town where we could ride our bikes over. Just perfect!

Annual trip to Riser

Our family loves staying at Riser. The beach is close, our kids love the the courtyard and the pool, and the Tower Shores neighborhood is great for families. Also, the owners are very helpful and responsive to questions.

Just love Riser & Jess! It feels like our home at the beach. Cozy & beautiful house and wonderful, friendly community. We love the pool too. Couldn’t ask for more.

Property was exactly as listed and conveniently located. Very clean and included everything needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating, keeping us up-to-date on status ahead of our stay as related to weather conditions (tropical storm on planned day of arrival). Check-in/out very easy.

Great Beach House

We’ve stayed at Riser several times. We love the proximity to the beach & the pool. The house is always clean when we arrive & has everything we need. Excellent communication from the owner with quick response to questions. I highly recommend this house for your next beach vacation.

Great Family Get-Away with Dogs

This property has a really nicely stocked kitchen if you want to cook. There are many good restaurants nearby in Rehoboth and our Bethany beach breakfast favorites - Sandy Pony acai bowls and donuts and great breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon rolls at Beach Break. It is a short walk to a nice beach. It is really nice that there are good places to take your dogs too!

Great Bethany Beach Condo

Had a wonderful stay at this Bethany Beach Condo. It's in a great location as it has a private beach and is a couple miles away from the main part of Bethany and a few miles from Dewey Beach which put it in a nice quiet location away from the crowds. Community around the condo is great too and it was very quiet there as well. Condo is very nice and clean and the owner was tremendous at communication and the check-in/out was a piece of cake. Would recommend this place!!

Vacation at Tower Shores

The property is in a great location just a few minute walk to the beach. We loved the pool which we used every day after a few hours at the beach. The balconies on each floor were wonderful. The property was adequately stocked though we would have appreciated a Kuerig instead of a drip coffee maker (which we do not use). Overall, our family had a lovely vacation at Tower Shores.

Good location and accommodations

From start to finish, things went smoothly. The host, Jessica, was great with communication and flexibility, the condo was in a prime location for a family and dog, and everything was nearby. The beds were comfortable, the TVs worked well, the board games were a great help on rainy days, and Matt's Fish restaurant is within walking distance, and there were a lot of nice touches around the condo I have not experienced with other vacation rentals. I recommend this location and condo to others with kids and dog looking to enjoy the beach and downtown Bethany.

Awesome

Just like last year it was a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely perfect. Everything is close by and we enjoyed the refreshing pool after a beautiful day at the beach. Jess and Greg are always open to answer our questions (really fast response), and we already submitted another reservation for next year. You can't go wrong with this condo. Everything you need is made available to you !

Perfect getaway to the beach with family

This property was perfect for our annual trip to the Delaware Seashore. Close to the beach with all the comforts of home. My husband and I along with our two boys and pup had plenty of space to gather or relax and have alone time. We appreciated Jess and her responsiveness. Loved having Matt's Fish Camp within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Would return again in the future without hesitation.

Great condo with a private beach

Newly renovated condo with plenty of room to spread out across 3 floors. The host, Jessica, was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond prior to and during our stay. Quick walk to the private beach; there's also a community pool. Walk to the end of the street and see amazing sunsets over the Bay. House is stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella. Bonus: we could walk to one of our favorite restaurants in Bethany, Matt's Fish Camp. Also close to the Big Chill Beach Club, a quick drive. Great place; thank you for an enjoyable stay!
