2BR 1BA Condo on Bethany Boardwalk - Awesome location - sunset view

Two bedroom/one bath condo in 'The Breakers' on the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Small (450 sqft) and perfect. Short walk to shops and restaurants and steps to the beach.

Two queen beds. Sofa bed provides addition sleep space. Bring your own towels and linens. Two chairs and an umbrella reserved on beach during summer season.

Second floor walk-up right off the beach. This unit is on the back of the building facing West (limited ocean view - "peek-a-boo") and has a very nice balcony for relaxing and watching the sunset. Includes parking lane for two/three cars, outdoor showers, WiFi, well equipped kitchen and access to nice guest washer/dryer in outbuilding.
A $500 dollar refundable fee will be collected separately prior to arrival. It will be returned when cleaners confirm the place is in good order.

    This was such a great little place right on the boardwalk! Parking was easy, and we loved that we could walk everywhere in Bethany without ever needing the car. The unit itself was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen felt fresh and modern. What really stood out, though, was how quickly the owner responded—she answered my questions right away, which made everything stress-free. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

    The apartment was clean, in a great location - right on the Bethany Boardwalk, and was the perfect place to spend a couple of days with my kids on a holiday weekend. Definitely would recommend people rent this place!
