2BR 1BA Condo on Bethany Boardwalk - Awesome location - sunset view

Two bedroom/one bath condo in 'The Breakers' on the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Small (450 sqft) and perfect. Walk to shops and restaurants and steps to the beach.

Two queen beds. Sofa bed provides addition sleep space. Bring your own towels and linens. Two chairs and an umbrella reserved on beach during summer season.

Second floor walk-up right off the beach. This unit is on the back of the building facing West (limited ocean view - "peek-a-boo") and has a very nice balcony for relaxing and watching the sunset. Includes parking lane for two/three cars, outdoor showers, WiFi, well equipped kitchen and access to nice guest washer/dryer in outbuilding.
A $500 dollar refundable fee will be collected separately prior to arrival. It will be returned when cleaners confirm the place is in good order.

Wonderful

We stayed at the west Bethany property and we were so thankful for Caroline and Jeff. They saw that we needed a change of rental and it was last minute because of another canceled reservation- they called us and saved our thanksgiving. We had the best time. The house is perfect. Thank you!

It was our first time visiting Bethany Beach, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Having the convenience of being able to walk to stores, restaurants, and the beach made for a most pleasureable time. We also apprecieate the "quiet beach" that Bethany purports to be. A wonderful long weekend.

The perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Clean, amazing location right on the boardwalk and close to everything. Caroline our host was quick to respond to questions and incredibly accommodating. We loved this little condo!

Condo just as described. Well stocked kitchen and nice laundry room. Great access to beach and boardwalk. Perfect for two couples or small family that prioritize easy parking, access to beach, access to boardwalk, and cleanliness!

Fine place

Would be very convenient for a parent with a little kid. A bit dark and not ideal if there is rain and you can't get out although ggreat for proximaty to beach and boardwalk.

We enjoyed our visit at this property. It was a great size for us (2 adults and 1 child). The location is perfect and quiet. The condo was well equipped for the stay and the owners were helpful and very responsive. We would be happy to return to this property on a future visit to Bethany!

We stayed for one night from Friday to Saturday. Our condo was ready early which was great for my little grandson. Enjoyed all the shopping opportunities. Had donuts for breakfast on Saturday which were warm and delicious!

Bethany Beach stay

Overall, the place was very clean and cozy. The location to the beach and boardwalk were perfect especially for families with younger kids. The hosts were very accommodating throughout our entire stay, including flexibility with check-in and checkout. I highly recommend and plan to visit again in the future.

Wonderful week in Bethany Beach

We had a great stay but there were only two of us and we're average size. For a couple or maybe three people this can work well. For two couples or bigger people it may be tough. Great that they provided sheets, towels and beach service. Parking was crazy convenient and easy. This is an incredible location and super clean but the size of the place took a little adjusting to and didn't feel like a true two-bedroom space. Two couples might struggle to be truly comfortable sharing this space for a week e.g., no closet in one bedroom and small in the other. Tight bathroom with small shower.

Excellent location. Just a little cramped if there's more than a couple people.

You can't beat the location. The only thing separating you from the beach is a door and a boardwalk. That's a huge plus especially when traveling with family and being unfamiliar with the area. The only draw back for this particular unit is its size. Everything is super cramped in the shower as microscopic. For the price and location you can't beat it though. We're already considering doing it again next year!

Getaway

This was our first trip with our 9 month old and we wanted to bring him to the ocean. We had such a wonderful stay and many memories created. The location is fantastic and Caroline was great with keeping an open line of communication when needed. Beautiful property in a more than ideal location for a beach retreat!

Boardwalk condo

We always come to Bethany in October, 19 years running and could not use the house we usually stay in as they are no longer renting it out so we needed to find a new space. This condo served it's purpose, was well equipped, was awesome to just walk out to the boardwalk to walk the beach and watch the sunrise!! Would rent again!

The location is perfect - especially with little kids! We loved the easy access to the beach and boardwalk. An assigned parking spot is a huge plus!!! Great stay! Will come again!

Last minute getaway before school atarts

We wanted to sneak in one more beach weekend before school started and this place was perfect. Right on the boardwalk and close to shops and of course the water. Caroline was great to communicate with, very flexible, and accommodating.

Great Location...

As advertised, great location with easy access to the beach. Great stay for couple with small children, not overly crowded and within walking distance of boardwalk attractions. Bethany is not nearly as populated as other beaches and is a nice alternative to Ocean City, MD.
