Beautiful ocean views from this updated 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located on the boardwalk in Bethany Beach. You are just a few short steps from burying your toes in the sand or cruising into downtown Bethany Beach. Free umbrella and 2 chair rental/set up is included in your stay (available seasonally between Memorial Day and Labor day at the 1st street Steens rental).

This cozy condo is perfect for couples, and families. The unit is on the second floor, on the backside (north/west facing) part of the building and has beautiful ocean views from the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom windows. The large deck also has a lovely side view of the ocean and is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or relax after a busy day playing in the waves. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and dresser. The living area has a flat screen TV, pull out sofa with queen size memory foam mattress, and love seat. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home, or you can easily walk to many of the wonderful restaurants the town has to offer. There are two private outdoor showers, and laundry facilities on the property. No need to worry about parking with your own marked parking spot with enough space for at least 2 cars. Once you arrive you are within walking distance to just about everything around town.

-2 additional Beach chairs and some sand toys are provided in the deck box (please rinse off the sand after use).

*The condo is clean and updated, but cozy (approx 450 sq feet total)- ideal for couples or 2 adults with 1-2 kids. We can accommodate up to 4 adults if you do not mind a pullout sofa and sharing space. It will not sleep more than 4 adults. The bathroom space is on the smaller side approz 5’x5’. It was renovated in 2023. There is a shower-room design so the shower is only enclosed on 3 sides. Due to the small space it may not be comfortable if you are sensitive to tighter/smaller spaces.
