This was my second time at this property; first time booking myself. I couldn't have asked for an easier stay and a more convenient location to the beach and stuff we wanted to do. The playground on the property started renovations halfway through the stay (out of the host's control), but seeing what they were doing made the kids excited for next year's vacation. Only had to contact the host for an issue that ended up resolving itself, but the they promptly responded and we had a wonderful conversation.

David’s place is terrific. We had no issues at all. The lack of linens etc would have been a challenge had one if not lived close by.

Great location, wonderful property

This location is great for families. It's walkable (for older kids) to the beach and the trolley stop is right near the parking lot. Access to the pool is nice too. The townhome is clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The location is close to everything but still quiet and restful. Very clean, organized home. It was a perfect place for our vacation with my husband and I and our daughter and her husband.

Great Location

The unit was clean and had new carpets and renovated bathrooms. Very organized, plenty of supplies. Communication with the host was terrific. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Beach Home Away from Home

Quaint, cozy beach condo with all amenities included! Our family immensely enjoyed our stay! The residential parking pass was a plus so that we didn't have to feed the meter as we have done in past visits at Bethany Beach...and we were only 1 block from the beach! Overall, great place...highly recommend!
