North Bethany Beach Condo - 2 BR Ocean Block! Quiet Beaches!

Thanks for using VRBO. This cute and comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is ideally located at the North end of Bethany Beach, The beach is quiet, private and spacious in a nice community adjacent to the Indian River State Park.

2026 weeks are booking quickly. July is already sold out, but there are still weeks in June and August. Check my calendar for availability for 2026 and if you are a returning guest, be sure to book early - or send me an email or inquiry with your preferred dates and I will block them out for you. This condo is popular with many long term repeat guests.

North Bethany Beach is fondly referred to as 'the quiet resort'. Bethany Beach is close to all the action of Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches and the Ocean City attractions, but without the crowds and congestion. The Tower Shores Community boasts some of the cleanest beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, and is close to the Indian River Inlet and Delaware State Park. Plenty of fishing and water activities nearby.

PLEASE NOTE: NO PARTIAL WEEK RENTAL JUNE 1 - SEPTEMBER 15. SATURDAY - SATURDAY CHECK IN/OUT. THANKS!

WALK TO THE BEACH! It's a short walk from the apartment to the dunes crossover. You can leave your blankets, chairs and sand toys at the beach during the day and walk back to the apartment to make lunch, take a break and grab a cold beer!

The location is one you will want to return to again and again. Great restaurants within a short drive, and Matt's Fish Camp (casual upscale seafood restaurant within walking distance) receives rave reviews!

Family friendly unit in a family friendly location. Or spend a quiet romantic week with your loved one. Condo unit is on the second floor of a two story garden-type apartment building that houses only eight units.

PLEASE NOTE: Stairs only, there is no elevator to the second floor. Also, there is no washer/dryer. The nearest laundromat is 2 miles away. The Tower Shores Beach DOES NOT HAVE LIFE GUARDS. Guests provide their own sheets and towels. NO PETS.

King Size Select Comfort Bed - The 'Sleep Number Bed' in the master bedroom. Queen 'Sealy Premium' bed (new 2025) in the second bedroom. IKEA Sofa Hide-a-bed in the living room.

The building has been renovated with new siding, an updated outdoor shower and other improvements! The condo has an expanded bathroom, bamboo hardwood floors, recessed lighting, drywall, paint, crown molding & trim and updated kitchen! Granite counter tops, cabinets and appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal)! Central AC and heat, quiet and cool.

Remember to book early for 2026 - this unit sells out quickly. Check my calendar for availability. I will continue to offer a very liberal cancellation policy and will accommodate cancellations up to 14 days before your visit.

Sorry, NO PETS! I love them, but not at the beach.

Great condo for a beach week!

Our family of four had a great time at this condo, just steps from the beach. Very clean, bright, and well-maintained. Kim was very responsive before and during our stay. We were worried that it had no laundry, but we didn't end up needing to do laundry anyways. We love the Tower Shores community for being less crowded than other beaches in the area.

Comfy bed. Well stocked kitchen nice decor, steps to the beach. Check out Matt’s Fish Camp restaurant next door. Also 5 stars. Great value. Love Delaware and Bethany area. Wish there was somewhere to grill. Only complaint.

The location was great, a few steps to the beach. It was a convenient location to the Bethany Beach downtown area or to Rehoboth Delaware. The place was lovely. Maybe some hooks in the second bedroom would be helpful since there is not a closet in there.

Just what we needed

This is a bright and cheerful apartment with about as good a location as you could hope for if you're not beachfront -- maybe a four-minute walk, even carrying a big load, without having to cross a highway. We were more than happy to trade proximity to town (it's not that far anyhow) to proximity to the ocean. It met our needs almost exactly, with no meaningful complaints. We'd happily return.

Perfect seaside villa

This little 2nd floor villa was perfect to suit our needs. Our extended family stayed in a larger condo down the street, but we found relaxation and tranquility for our small family in this villa. We loved the balcony, the outdoor shower, and the close proximity to the beach. Easy check-in and check-out... the host Kim was very helpful and informative... all of which contributed to a wonderful vacation experience!

Property is well maintained. Please remember to bring your sheets and towels. We missed this in our agreement, but were able to find really inexpensive sheets and towels. The ocean was great and access less than 2 minutes. Would highly recommend going if you want a super relaxing vacation.

Really liked the location. Only downfalls were - the security code to enter the apartment did not work: had trouble accessing the key in a lock box: having to take everything up the flight of stairs (sorry, an age thing). Otherwise, great.

What a beautiful property. We loved everything this home had; comfortable king and queen beds, modern appliances, nice walk-in shower. The pots, pans, plates, coffee cups, wine glasses - all excellent quality. Close to the beach and restaurants. Had a great time staying here.

Our family began staying in this unit at Bethany 25 years ago when our kids were toddlers! When the unit came on the market 14 years ago, we knew that it was time to purchase it for our own.

Why they chose this property

We love the easy accessibility to Rehoboth and Ocean City, but prefer to avoid the crowded beaches. Our beach is never crowded! The community is quiet, safe and friendly. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD AT THIS BEACH.

If you like to surf fish, the Tower Shores neighborhood backs up to the Indian River State Park. Just walk past the pylons and cast a line (don't forget to pick up a license first at the Old Inlet Bait and Tackle shop on Rt. 1 - they are super friendly and helpful; or at Hockers Hardware store on Cedar Neck Road.)

What makes this property unique

Our kids enjoy playing volleyball, football, wiffle ball and sand soccer on the private beach; I enjoy workouts at Bethany Fitness, the Rehoboth Beach YMCA or Everyone Fitness in Rehoboth. My husband reads books, drinks beer and builds sand castles. We go shopping at the outlets and enjoy eating out at Big Fish Grill in Rehoboth Beach, our favorite restaurant - also kid friendly. There is now a Big Fish Grill in Bethany right off Cedar Neck Road (pass the Hockers Super Market on Fred Hudson and turn right on Cedar Neck Road. There are lots of great restaurants in Bethany, but a beach favorite is Matt's Fish Camp and it's right in the neighborhood, so you don't have to worry about finding parking. Just place your order on line, walk over. Did I mention Grotto Pizza????? The best pizza at the beach!
