Our beautiful custom home is ideal for large family gatherings and just 2 homes from ocean front in Middlesex Beach! Enjoy your vacation in the comfort of 7 bedrooms (4 master suites), 5 full bathrooms, 3 half baths, 2 outdoor showers, 2 large gathering rooms with flat screen TVs, elevator, wet-bar, hardwood floors, open dining area and large kitchen with stainless appliances. All bedrooms are double insulated for privacy throughout!

As you enter the home on the ground level, a large foyer welcomes you. On the same level, you will find a bedroom and a storage room with a full refrigerator for cold drinks and snacks to bring to the beach. On the spacious home's second level, there are 5 bedrooms - 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and adjacent decks to escape, read, or enjoy the ocean breeze; one bedroom offers two beds (a double bed and a twin bed) and the other bedroom is a "bunk room" with 2 bunk beds with twin-over-full beds (these two bedrooms share a full bathroom). That same second level also offers a large gathering room that is the perfect spot for children to watch their favorite TV shows, a large laundry room and a powder room. As you make your way to the top level of the home, you will find a spacious master suite with an ocean view deck and a large "great" room offering a living room area with a large TV with surround sound, a large kitchen/dining area, separate reading area and powder room. Enjoy the ocean views in the screened in patio and deck from the dining and living room areas. For more breathtaking views, make your way up to the roof top deck!

After a day at the beach, refresh in one of the two outdoor showers! For the ultimate convenience, an outdoor bathroom is located next to the outdoor showers. Don't miss our outdoor ping-pong table for even more fun!

This wonderful vacation paradise is mere steps to the community's private beach - private being the key word - you'll always have plenty of room to bring all of the chairs, games, etc. to enjoy your day on the beach. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, our private beach is guarded by our team of well-trained friendly lifeguards. The location of this house on a cul-de-sac offers ideal conditions for outdoor activities like bike riding or wiffle ball. Plenty of parking on the driveway (fits 7 cars easily) and two parking passes for additional parking on the street.

This home is conveniently located near stores as well as a short bike ride to downtown Bethany and the boardwalk. Enjoy tax-free outlet shopping in nearby Rehoboth Beach as well as great nightlife in Dewey Beach and Ocean City, MD.

Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, pillow protectors and mattress covers on all beds. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and personal and beach towels are not provided. Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.
