I am a long time home owner but first time renter. Because I do not have the chance to go to the beach as often as I used to, I decided that I wanted to share my home with others that can appreciate the warm cottage feel, peaceful setting and easy access to a beautiful private beach in Bethany.

Why they chose this property

My kids grew up going to Middlesex beach (in South Bethany) and I feel in love with the tranquil feel of the community. I rented homes here for many years before I made the decision to purchase 10 years ago.

What makes this property unique

The wooded community that is quiet but also walking distance to the private beach is very rare. It is also close to restaurants and the boardwalk but still has a peaceful vibe.
