Sleeping 15, this impeccably maintained vacation property is ideal for multi-generational families with a ramp, elevator, plenty of parking and picture-perfect and comfortable rooms for kids, teens and adults. You'll love the spacious family room, dining area, screened porch and 2 outdoor showers and smart TVs all throughout the home for those infrequent rainy days! Although only a short walk to the fabulous eateries in town, you might just dine in and whip up a gourmet meal for the gang in the awesome chef's kitchen. There's a gas grill too! The owner graciously supplies one Bethany Beach Parking Permit too! UPGRADED in August 2025: All beds feature brand new plush, hybrid mattresses! No pets or smoking please. The photos say it all . . . book online or call today to reserve your vacation stay.
Guests pay a $320 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Property was very comfortable for a group of 10 adults and would’ve fit so many more. Everything that we needed was provided, and it was a close walk to the beach. The elevator made it super easy to bring our suitcases and groceries in. Overall, highly recommend.

Great house for multi-family vacation!

4 families stayed here over LDW with a bunch of kids - the place was amazing - plenty of room for kids & adults! It was a nice walk to the beach & the town area.

Great Vacation Home

We had an awesome experience staying at this home. I loved how the living spaces had enough seating for everyone so we could all gather and enjoy each other’s company. It was a short walk to the beach and a longer walk to the main drag. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice visit in Bethany

The house is really lovely and super close to the beach. It's also about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. My only hesitation would be renting from a real estate company again.

Family Weekend

Vacationed with family from Connecticut, New York, Virginia and Florida. We had a handicapped Mother with us and the house suited all of our needs. We hope to return! Lovely home that was well equipped!

Masters Gathering

This is a great house with a prime location! We had a group of 14 getting together to watch the Masters golf tournament and fit everyone extremely comfortably. I will recommend for other renters.

Fall Beach Trip

I rented this house with my family and could not have been happier with the size, space, and amenities included in this house. The living space provided for enough room for the whole family to spend time together. The location was a quick walk to the beach and a stroll away from Candy Kitchen and downtown Bethany. We would be happy to stay at this house again in the future!

It is very well stocked. We were appreciative of the offer to stay in this home after the original home we tried to book was undergoing renovations. A bit disappointing was areas of the home were not clean. The kitchen frankly was terrible. Also during the course of the stay we found two roaches in the kitchen and silverfish in two of bedrooms.The property management company was supposed to contact the owners and give us feedback, this never happened.

Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 14 adults for our annual Spring weekend away here at 204 Fourth St. The house exceeded our expectations with regard to space and amenities. The elevator was a life saver for some in our group who aren't comfortable with climbing a lot of steps as well as super convenient for loading in and out (especially groceries for a big group). All attendees were happy with their bedrooms and the third floor living room, dining area, and kitchen allowed us all to visit as an entire group or smaller groups as desired. Being Spring, our weather that weekend was chilly so we did not use the delightfully appointed open air room off the main part of the house but I'm sure it's an excellent additional space in fine weather. Likewise, there are plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids available. The kitchen is stocked with not only basics but any chef tools one may desire to turn out expert cuisine. It's just a short walk to the beach or a short car ride to nearby stores, restaurants, or attractions. Fabulous accommodations for large groups of all ages.
