Fabulous property, in a delightful location!

This property is superb, with an abundance of space, amenities, and convenience! The owner was very helpful and responsive, and made our stay a wonderful experience. We will likely stay here again in the future!

The house is beautiful! The elevator was really helpful for my elderly mother and for toting everything to the 3rd floor. The private beach provided a secluded space for our family to enjoy the beach.

Amazing Place!

This house was beautifully equipped with everything we needed and easily accommodates large families of all ages. There’s roof top view that takes your breath away and the location is perfect… The owner was very responsive and super helpful. This place is definitely a gem and worth every penny.

Amazing beach weekend

My friends and I have nothing but the best things to say about this rental experience. The property owners were helpful and communicative, the house is incredible, and the proximity to the beach is almost hard to believe. Comfortable for a big group, and just an all-around excellent experience.

The house was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room for everyone and we couldn’t hVe picked a better place to stay for the weekend... the rooftop deck was amazing and had the perfect view of the ocean which was perfect for pictures. Overall we had a great time...

Four happy generations!

This incredible home was perfect for our family group: ages 1-83! Nicest home we've ever rented in Bethany, and we've been renting many years!Location was great: beach access super close and the snowball truck stopped there daily! Also don't miss Church on the Beach near the Addy Sea every Sunday morning at 8:)Thank you!!

Wonderful destination for large friends/multi-family gathering

We could not have picked a better destination for our large friends gathering. The house is amazing and perfect for a multi-family group. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus and enabled us to get the absolute most out of our stay. It had been a decade since all of us had been under the same roof and we had such a good experience that we're already planning the next one! So grateful for Tricia and Don for making this wonderful trip possible!!

Fantastic place for a big family

We had a big family get away. Most of us were kids. They loved the pong table, the bunk beds, and the games in the cabinet. The proximity to the beach was a major plus. Although the water was really cold the kids enjoyed the sand. The house had just about everything we need to cook an feed everyone. All an all I most likely will be back. Thanks for letting my family stay at this wonderful home.

A large group of friends celebrating my 70th birthday party, "Pretty in Pink Party" dined and had a lovely get together our first night at this very spacious house. The dining table is amazing and fit 15 people easily. Those who spent the night said the beds were comfortable and loved how everything was clean and decorated. Even though it was a little windy and chilly, we did manage to enjoy a couple of the decks and had a nice view of the ocean. The next day we enjoyed the large kitchen/dining area for brunch. We visited a very fun venue not too far for dancing and celebrating called Bourbon Street on the Beach. Back to the home for leftovers and more gal time. The next day we packed up and the friend and I that traveled together took the very close path to the beach and walked 3 miles- it was was beautiful. Thank you Tricia for having such a perfect place for me and my guests- it could not have been better!

An Amazing Beach Vacation

We had an amazing beach vacation in this beautiful, clean and wonderfully well appointed beach home. Each couple had their own bedroom with adjoining bath ensuring privacy and comfort. The home was thoughtfully designed and decorated for comfort and beauty. It was an easy walk to beautiful Middlesex Beach. Tricia was very attentive to any questions we had and was an altogether wonderful host. Wish we had booked two weeks as I wasn't ready to leave! Will visit again!

Wonderful week with family in a beautiful home.

This is a beautifully maintained home. There was plenty of space for my mom siblings and our families for a week away together. The week before our trip we lost my grandmother and this gave us the perfect setting to be together and enjoy each other. My mom who is in her 70’s and recently had knee surgery really appreciated the elevator. The house is was well stocked for all of our needs. We enjoyed game night with games we found in the home. The communication with the owner was wonderful as well! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
