Our professionally decorated, three-level home offers plenty of room for families and groups to spend time together while still enjoying their own space. With multiple bedrooms, several living and entertainment areas, a children's loft, private office, gourmet kitchen, and generous indoor and outdoor spaces, everyone can find a favorite place to relax.

First Floor Bedrooms

The first floor features two comfortable bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: King bed with private full bathroom featuring a soaking tub and separate shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, twin bed and crib, with a large full bathroom and shower conveniently located nearby.
Gourmet Kitchen & Living Areas

The heart of our home is the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, perfect for everything from a leisurely breakfast to a family seafood feast or special dinner together.

The kitchen features a professional gas range, granite countertops, an oversized 48-inch refrigerator/freezer, two dishwashers, dedicated ice maker, and plenty of cookware, dishes and kitchen essentials.

The spacious main living room features a fireplace and 4K Ultra HD TV—especially inviting on a cool fall evening.

A separate Florida Room with another 4K TV provides an additional gathering and entertainment space, particularly convenient for families traveling with children.

Second Floor

The second level offers two spacious bedrooms, a laundry room and a private office stocked with books—a convenient space for anyone who needs to work remotely or simply wants a quiet place to read.

An open loft overlooks the main living room and offers views toward the community tennis court.

Third-Floor Kids' Loft

Kids love having a space of their own! Our third-floor loft features two trundle beds, each with a pull-out bed, comfortably sleeping four.
