Fully remodeled/renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms, this multilevel oceanfront vacation home is located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany. The home includes access to an outdoor swimming pool (summer months), tennis courts, and a private beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and soak up the sunshine in the outdoor living space. You'll be conveniently located close to downtown Bethany Beach where you can explore the shops, experience casual or fine dining, and enjoy the boardwalk activities. Level one has outdoor showers and an entry foyer. Level two is the living area level and includes a large oceanfront deck, an open porch into the entry foyer, a laundry room, and a primary bedroom and bathroom. Level three has two oceanfront master bedrooms and bathrooms (one with a spiral staircase to the loft area), two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, two decks, and a bonus room. Level four is the crow's nest with outstanding views.

Perfect house in Bethany Beach

This 5 bedroom oceanfront house is the perfect place to gather family. Spacious, well maintained and with lots of unique ocean viewpoints. The hosts are fantastic, always available as needed snd gracious. We'll definitely be coming back!

Great Location and Service

Amazing house, neighborhood and location. The owners were attentive, the house was clean with an open floor plan. Stayed for a golf trip with friends and was convenient to both Rehoboth and Ocean City. Would 100% stay again!

Beach getaway

This is our second year staying at this wonderful beachfront property. We have nothing but great things to say about this house especially its location being right on the beach and so close to the town of Bethany. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the house itself, it was just not a good week weatherwise - very windy and cool - not conducive for the beach. We highly recommend staying at this property and hope to return in the future.

Such a Nice Place

The house was perfect for our group of 10. Everything we needed was available, and more! The beach chairs and umbrellas were absolutely wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which surprised all of us! Thank you for letting us use your lovely house for our vacation.

Amazing Home and Location!

We had a multi-generational family visit to this beautiful home and had a fantastic time. We ranged in age from 2 to 67 and were able to accommodate our various schedules with ease in the well-laid out house. The house is very well appointed and has a wonderful views of the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and admiring the view and listening to the waves. The beach has lifeguards which was an added plus. We Loved the home, location, and our stay!

Exactly as described

We spent 4 nights in this lovely beachfront property in May. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Extremely comfortable, and very well appointed, and stocked with everything you need for your family vacation. We had a small issue when we got there, and Cindi, the property manager, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This house is highly recommended.

Awesome

We walked on the beach and took advantage of Fager's Island and the Good Earth for meals. We did entertain a lifelong friend and her spouse for lunch. When they entered the property, they were harassed at the gate when they entered the code and told to turn around - necessitating going back onto the highway. This was unfortunate; it dampened the mood. Please explain. Otherwise, THANK YOU,

Fantastic get away beach house

The house was beautiful! We loved the location, private beach, accommodations, and layout. It was very clean. The availability of the contact person was very convenient. Responses from them were immediate. We had no issues or any difficulty with anything during our stay. We are already planning a trip for next year.

Phenomenal Getaway

Everything about this property was perfect. We had an absolutely fantastic getaway at Michael’s home to celebrate friends with milestone birthdays. Michael is a wonderful host. The oceanfront location can’t be beat. The property was sparkling clean and Michael provided everything you could possibly need while away - beds already made with luxury linens, beach chairs, and a Keurig for morning coffee on the deck. The property was close to everything we wanted to do and see. We felt very at home and are already looking at calendars for a return trip for another girls weekend.

Perfect (very) long weekend

We returned last week from a 5 night stay at this wonderful beach home, and would love to go back. Pre trip communication and information was fantastic. We didn't have any questions as we were driving down. The home was one of the cleanest VRBOs we've ever stayed at. The beds were very soft and comfortable. But the real draw was the location and it didn't disappoint. We were fortunate to have great weather and the sunrises didn't disappoint (and I really prefer sunsets). Walking out to basically a private beach was a luxury. The community "The Preserve" was also beautiful, though we didn't take advantage of the pool or tennis court. Check out was very easy too. Many VRBOs put a lot of cleanup on the guest, but this was simple and not much work at all.

Perfect Ocean Retreat

The homeowners accommodated us last minute. Our other rental was cancelled on us and we were fortunate enough to have found 39702. This property cannot be expressed in just pictures. The place (house and location) are just truly amazing with easy access to your backyard beach. The house gave everyone one of us an awe inspiring feeling. The unique spaces made the home that much more special. An observatory room on a separate third level with lounges and a refrigerator overlooking the entire beach felt like a sanctuary. A small room off the master bedroom fitted with a day bed worked perfect for our youngest allowing him to sleep listening to the waves crash and wake up to the sunrise without lifting his head off the pillow. Private balconies offered unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. In the lower level there were heated outside showers keeping the house free of sand. We all had our own space and bathrooms yet the main living space level with the covered deck was where we spent much of our time. The place felt like home. Well cared for, spotless, fully equipped and recently updated with really nice touches. Wake up to amazing sunrises, enjoy the view and relax. You will not want to leave this place. But if you do the town of Bethany Beach is a short bike ride away. The homeowner told me our group will enjoy the home, that was an understatement.

It is a beautiful ocean front home with great amenities. The front deck is a wonderful spot with comfy furniture. You can spend all day there, weather allowing. Nicely equipped kitchen and very clean throughout.

July 2025 Family Stay

This home was perfect for a family stay in every way. Its location and beach access can’t be beat. It’s wraparound porch, comfortable common spaces, well appointed kitchen and beautiful bedrooms made for a luxurious vacation. Booking was easy and communication leading up to and during our stay was very reliable. A 5 star stay for sure.

Wonderful location; beautiful views and lots of space for our multi generational family vacation. Kitchen was perfect. Upstairs bedrooms could get a bit warm, but an extra rotating fan did the trick. We are coming back next year.

You might think the location alone (right on a pristine, quiet, clean stretch of beautiful beach, replete with dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and soaring sea birds) would be enough to earn a rave review, but then, add in that not only is this is a gorgeous, well-appointed, immaculately clean house, but also that these thoughtful owners have stocked the property with everything their guests could possibly anticipate needing, and now you're at a 10-star review on a scale of 5. When I say stocked, I mean from the small things (a handful of laundry pods in the laundry room; dishwasher packs; oven mitts; small appliances--both a regular coffee pot AND a Keurig!) to the big things (beach chairs and toys; beach umbrellas; a grill on the deck). We've stayed at other beach homes before, and it's not uncommon for owners to stock their homes with these sorts of items, but so often, we've found the items in question seem like afterthoughts, left behind when those other owners upgraded (ratty linens, rusty chairs, etc.) Not so here: every single item the owners placed in the home for their guests' use is clean and in terrific condition--even the fly swatters were new and spotless, not to mention that their chess set even had all the necessary pieces. The overall feeling for our family was that we were welcome guests and very well cared-for in this gracious setting. Could not have enjoyed our stay one iota more, except for it to be a little longer. Thank you so; we hope to return next year!

A beautiful property in an ideal location with beachfront views. Located in an exclusive community where quiet peacefulness is the theme. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive to any questions, though most questions were answered in their email prior to arrival.

Beautiful Beach Week

My friends and I spent a mid-April week in this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. We like off-season beach time and took many beach walks, saw dolphins, eagles and lots of frolicking dogs. Cindi, the property manager, was very responsive and provided good suggestions for stores and restaurants. The only caution is that there are lots of stairs so if you have people in your party with limited mobility, consider that.

Magical Oceanfront House

I had high expectations from this property but all of them were exceeded. It was the best ocean vacation we’ve ever had. The house was in pristine condition and immaculately clean. Ocean views from nearly every room. Communication with the owners was excellent and all the codes we were given worked the first time. Superb stay; thank you. We will definitely be back.
