About this property

Unique Atrium Tropical Loft with Skylights / Large Lanai

The Artist Atrium Studio will have 17 skylights and will be filled with potted palms and plants to give it a feel of a tropical garden indoors!!!

NOTE: 179 day minimum stay

The skylights have a remote control to open and close. The skylights also have remote controlled blinds. Leave them open when you leave, for they automatically sense the rain and will close.

The Atrium Studio will have a round frontage that will open up completely to a 350 sq ft spacious round circular lanai with elegant accordion glass doors.

This very spacious private 800+ sq ft studio will be showcased with interesting art and furnishings. There is a SubZero drawer refrigerator and freezer, 70" smart TV, beautiful mosaic flat stone floor. This is a new building that was just completed in July 2017.

Excellent location.
Almost a 5 star for its value, location and uniqueness. I travel a lot and stay at a number of different rentals around North America and the world. This location for its value is very good. Pros. Beautifully designed home. Wonderful open glass doors to large Lanai. Let those trade winds in. Fully automatic 16 skylights. Kitchen has all that you need for cooking. (Hot plate instead of sove). Bathroom is modern. Only small issue of water not fully draining when one finishes. Towels and linens were quality and plentiful. Private and gated parking. A view down the hill. Cons. Noise. Unfortunately. The highway does create noise. So this amazing Lanai isn’t that useable. But later at night when not so busy the doors all can be opened for a lovely open feel. But for sleeping. The noise is quite loud when trucks go by. The doors need to be closed. And the air conditioner on. The noise is minimal. A shame that they needed to be closed to shut out the noise. Beds. They are fold out cots. (Single) Reasonably comfortable. But such an amazing spot needs proper beds. A few more kitchen items. And household items. But those will come in time. As they do in most vacation rentals. As guest buy the said items. And leave behind. (Beach items, utensil/?kitchen items). If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would.
