It sleeps up to 12 people with 2 king beds, 1 full, 3 twins, a queen sofa bed, and a couch, so it's perfect for families and large groups. Enjoy the pool, playset, trampoline, and firepit. The home also features full kitchen and laundry, a cozy breakfast nook, and a spacious dining room. Take in some great views as you walk our calm streets with little to no traffic.

Inside, the home offers a thoughtful layout designed for both gathering and privacy. The main floor includes a comfortable living room with smart TV, a full kitchen with modern appliances, and a breakfast nook that opens to the backyard. The large dining room seats 6–8 and is perfect for group meals or game nights. Upstairs and downstairs bedrooms give guests space to spread out, while the laundry room and multiple bathrooms help make extended stays easy and convenient. You will also find the outdoor features, both at the home and in the neighborhood, to make this a relaxing retreat away from home.

You are welcome to almost all of the home; only a few closets, the garage, and the detached shop will be locked for storage purposes.

Please gather all used towels and hand towels and place them in the washer (you don't have to run the washer; we'll do that).
Please load the dishwasher and start the cycle.
When returning the keys, please scroll the combination afterward.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not smoke, vape, or use e-cigarettes on the main premises (i.e., never in the house and please avoid using them on the back porch).
If you do, please use the side yards on the front side of the property and dispose of butts and cartridges appropriately (e.g., not on the ground).
Use the labeled washcloths and disposable wipes provided for make-up removal and not the bath towels and washcloths. At this time, no pets allowed.

Our family stayed for an Ole Miss football weekend at CJ Moore’s beautiful house on the lakes. We had a wonderful time. The house was very well appointed, stocked with all necessities, and super convenient and comfortable. We cooked on the outdoor griddle, and caught fish in the lakes, and went exploring on the hillside trails. The home was lovely, spacious, clean, and welcoming. Our children loved the upstairs bedroom and playroom and the children’s bookshelves, games, and mini-library. Thank you so much for making our weekend wonderful.
