Luxe on Fourth is the perfect place to stay in Bloomington. This is definitely not your typical college crash pad - it's a beautifully restored and nicely appointed home, and pride of ownership is apparent throughout. It's comfortable and stocked with every amenity and convenience you could possibly need. Although it's located close to both downtown and campus, it's just far enough away that you get a lovely, quiet neighborhood feel with plenty of available parking. The hosts were very helpful, responsive, and genuinely nice people. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Bloomington - thanks for opening your home to us!

We love the historic neighborhoods and renovated our 1890 home several years ago. We live in our home full time, but wanted to begin hosting for unique weekends like graduation. If you chose to stay with us - we hope you enjoy Bloomington as much as we do!

We love this neighborhood because it is a convenient walk to downtown, all of the homes are cozy with mostly all owner occupied homes so it's a quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Old home meets new/grand upgrades. Everything from the inside of the home is new. This home has underwent a major refresh with updated chef's kitchen and luxury bathrooms.
