The dining table transforms into pool or ping pong for game nights, and the poker room comes fully stocked with cards, chips, and even an electronic dartboard. Unwind in the living room with a massive 75-inch TV, plush leather couches, and a cozy fireplace. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a gas convection oven, five burners, a dishwasher, and everything you need to whip up gourmet meals.

Upstairs, baseball nostalgia takes center stage. The five themed bedrooms pay tribute to classic baseball films: Major League, A League of Their Own, Field of Dreams, Rookie of the Year, and The Sandlot.

We were there for a volleyball tournament at the Huntington convention center. It was an easy 10 minute drive to/from which was nice. The house was charming and had a lot of detail. The kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The only downfall is the area in which the house was located. A lot of boarded up houses with bars on the windows. We did not feel safe walking anywhere close by.

What an amazing house! Definitely worth a revisit! It was perfectly clean and so much emphasis was placed on the details in the decorating throughout every room. The yard was welcoming and it left us feeling very secluded. We had 6 children and 5 adults and the house still felt extremely roomy. We went for my daughter’s birthday. Normally when we get together in any of our houses the kids are all on top of us and loud. (We do still love our children and grandchildren.) The most incredible thing about this house was the fact that we played cards on the main floor and the children were in the Sandlot room which is on the 3rd floor. We had to check on them a couple of times because we couldn’t hear them. They had a blast in what they called their “clubhouse.” Everything was set up so perfectly for adults and children to both enjoy their get away. We used every one of their amenities from the hot tub, through the arcade games and the dartboard. Our host was incredibly warm, helpful and friendly. He responded to my messages almost immediately.
