We purchased our home in 2016. We fell in love with the location (and the amazing porch) and decided to make this our legacy home for our children. (who are grown and flown) It took just about a year to have all renovations completed. We love living here and know you will LOVE everything about the apartment and its location. Both my husband and I are in the hospitality industry so we are happy to share the BEST places to eat, drink, and be merry!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. You have full use of our backyard which is equipped with a gas fireplace. Full turf backyard for kids to enjoy. It's peaceful and beautiful.

What makes this property unique

There is something very tranquil about the ocean. Being 7 houses to the beach means you can walk up to the boardwalk with your morning coffee or any other time of the day. There is no need to pack up the car with all the beach gear because you are only a block to the beach. On Saturday Nights, you can walk up to the boardwalk and watch the Tropicana fireworks. It is the perfect beach retreat.
