Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable living, like being home. Easy to maneuver on surface streets to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Easy access to interstate. We would stay here again.

There were 4 ladies in our group, three were sisters. The home was perfect for us. It rained the entire weekend but that only added to the coziness. We spent lots of time visiting in the front porch! It was exceptionally clean. It was close to some shopping and other stores and yet on a fairly quiet street. It was everything it claimed to be. If we are ever in this area again we will definitely try to stay here!

The host answered any questions we had very quickly. The house was very clean and very cute. It had 3 room and has an open floor plan. You don’t feel like you are on top of each other but are still able to hear what is going on in the other room. I was very happy with how close everything was for us to get to.

I love being a Vrbo host because it lets me share a comfortable, welcoming space with travelers from all over. It’s rewarding to help people make great memories, whether they’re on a family vacation, a weekend getaway, or visiting for work. Creating a stay that feels like home - clean, easy, and stress-free - is something I take pride in every time a guest arrives.

Why they chose this property

I love living in Beechmont because it strikes the perfect balance between friendly neighborhood charm and easy access to the heart of the city. With its tree-lined streets, cozy historic bungalows, ranches, and a mix of housing styles, Beechmont feels like a peaceful, established community - the kind of place where neighbors wave as you walk by.

What makes this property unique

What makes my property unique is the perfect blend of history and modern comfort. It’s a beautifully restored historic home that still showcases its original character, charming details, timeless architecture, and a cozy, classic feel - while offering all the updated amenities guests expect today. You get the best of both worlds: the charm and soul of an older home with the convenience, style, and ease of a modern stay.
