- This multi-level home requires stairs to enter
- 4-wheel drive or snow tires are required during the winter season
- Your safety matters. An exterior security camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
- Lake Arrowhead Access: Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. Short-term renters are allowed to fish & swim anywhere along the shoreline (that is not private property). To have this access, your name needs to be added to the guest list and there is a fee of $10 per adult, per day, charged by the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA)
