Housekeeping will clean room, tips to housekeeping are not Mandatory but very much appreciated. Housekeeping cleans your suite every day unless you post sign Do Not Disturb
Checkout is at 10am, but you can check with front desk night before checkout and ask for a late checkout to 11am or even maybe 12 noon. It is up to the resort to accommodate your request.
You must return all bracelets from all the guests at checkout. The bracelets are the key to the Suite. There is a $5 per night enviromental fee that the resort charges at checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
