Beautiful Villa located in Tortuga Bay within the world famous Puntacana Resort & Golf Club home to the Caribbean’s ultimate beach and golfing experience, with 3 miles of magnificent white sand beaches and 45 holes of championship golf. Accessibility, within ten minutes of the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), privacy, friendly hostess will prepare excellent Dominican home cooking. Golf car included for four guests. Additional golf carts are available for rent. Excursions could be booked through our concierge service.

Puntacana Resort & Club also offers a wide range of adventures and activities for guests of all ages including golf, kite surfing, kite boarding, paddle, tennis center, PADI scuba diving center, snorkeling, water skiing, deep sea fishing, catamaran excursions, petting zoo, horseback riding and horseback riding lessons, Segway tours, fitness center, bicycles, kayaks, numerous water and land, and ecological reserve with walking trails and 12 natural springs.

My wife and I live permanently in Villa de Sal y Mar. We are both retired and our children and grandchildren all live abroad. As you may suspect, we do a lot of travelling throughout the year visiting the kids.

Why they chose this property

Villa de Sal y Mar is conveniently located within the Puntacana Resort and Club, specifically in the Tortuga Bay area, home of the La Cana Golf & Beach in the resort. Why did we choose to build our retirement home here? Four reasons: beautiful area, peaceful, secured, most of all, friendly and joyful people

What makes this property unique

The home was made to our likes. It is conveniently located in a very private area of Tortuga. We created an ambience of open spaces, a small but beautiful manicured patio and the proximity of golf courses, beaches, airport, Puntacana Village and restaurants
