OVERVIEW - Located on the top floor (4th floor) of the newly constructed Seawinds Condominium complex, this is the largest and most desirable condo unit in Cabarete. Over 3,500 sq. ft of living space and approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of exclusive outdoor space (including wraparound balcony and an exclusive roofdeck) which provides unobstructed views of the ocean, beach, pool, gardens and mountains, this unit is unparalleled in the area. (Elevator building)

The entire unit is covered with polished Italian marble flooring and it is impeccably decorated in neutral greys, tans and accent blues. There are several modern crystal lighting fixtures, custom wall mirrors, a L-shaped couch with matching loveseats, and shaggy throw rugs to add additional warmth and comfort. The main living room and the formal 10-seat dining area are bordered by 8 feet high sliding glass walls that fully open up to an the expansive wraparound and partially covered balcony that accommodates four separate areas including a 6-seat outdoor dining area; a large L-shaped couch with coffee table; a separate outdoor parlor area with two couches and a coffee table; and two chaise lounges with tables set aside to accommodate maximum sunbathing. The balcony also includes electronic wind screen shades to further enhance the outdoor living experience.

THE BEDROOMS - the unit includes TWO MASTER BEDROOM SUITES w/king-size beds covered in luxury linens; seperate sitting areas; and exclusive private bathrooms including dual vanity sinks, walk-in showers (with filtered water), and fully cedared walk-in closets. A THIRD BEDROOM includes a large layout that comfortably accommodates two queen-size beds; an exclusive bathroom with walk-in shower; cedared dual closets and luxury finishes/lighting. A FOURTH BEDROOM includes a bunk bed set up which was originally designed for chidren/young adults, but is perfectly appropriate to accommodate two adults. It also has an exclusive bathroom. ALL BEDROOMS include blackout curtains, wall or desk mounted television sets (50 inches in Masters) and ocean views.

The LIVING AREA - boasts an open living area; a separate but open 10-seat formal dining area; and an open kitchen complete with an island with bar height chairs; stainless steel appliances; microwave, electric range, oven, filtered water cooler, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all the cooking utensils, plates, or glasswear that anyone would need. There is also an half-bath/powder room near the living room; a separate enclosed laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer unit and storage space.

The OFFICE - There is a separate glass-enclosed office area inside the unit. This includes a two-person executive office desk; a HP computer/moniter; a wall mounted flat screen TV; and enough outlets and office connections to appease any workaholic’s need to stay connected. In addition, there is a futon that easily converts to a full size bed; a wine cooler; and an x-box console to accommodate the occasional break from working.

The TECHNOLOGY (WiFi throughout) - The entire interior unit and its outdoor spaces (including the roof deck) are covered by an exclusive private WiFi network. This network is supported by two new Apple AirPort Extreme routers that are cross compatible with most all systems and devices. The network has supported up to 20 devices simultaneously without any issues or slowdowns. In addition, there is a backup network that is maintained by the condomium association that may be accessed in the common areas including the poolside. The unit’s six (6) flat screen televisions are mostly supported by a robust cable subscription that includes all of the English and Spanish speaking programming channels available, and some channels in Russian and French. Finally, there is an Apple TV unit, NetFlix access and two soundbar speakers for wireless music connections and streaming.

THE ROOF DECK/TERRACE - Setting this unit further apart is the exclusive roof deck just upstairs which includes over 2,000 square feet of additional partially covered living/lounging space. The deck provides unparalleled, unlimited, and unobstructed views of the beach/the ocean/the mountains/the pool and the gardens. The deck includes a full service wet bar complete with sink and a filtered water. There is also a private 10-person heated jacuzzi tub; a 6-person L-shaped couch with two matching large loveseats; and a sun deck with 4 lounge chairs and tables. The bar/jacuzzi and sitting area can be completely separated from the sun deck by electronically controlled wind tarps that lock down if necessary. This is not only a wonderful place to be in the daylight hours, but the full deck lighting makes it an excellent place for parties and/or entertainment at night.

THE SERVICES - The unit comes with its own maid who will clean the unit daily or as requested. In addition, the unit is located in the gated and secured Seawinds Condominium complex. As such, the property services includes two large and newly renovated residents/guests only pools. The pools and property is fully staffed with 24- hour security, maintenance workers, pool/beach attendants and a conciege. There is a convenience store located on premises, a business/conference room; and a gym/workout room (under construction). In addition, there is an upscale (island casual) beach front restaurant (Tuva) right next door and many restaurants and shops within a short walk along the beach or a 5 minute car ride into town. Further, many services (private chefs, childcare, transportation, goceries, take-out excursions, etc.) can be arranged and/or facilitated through the Seawinds concierage or with the help of the units exclusive property managers.

This is a must see. Even the photos and videos don’t give this unit its justice.

Great property and great location. We walked the beach every day and most nights. The restaurants are to the right of this property as you face the water and the walk is about 10 minutes. There is a grocery store “La Rosa” which has some supplies and is close enough to walk to. The other grocery store is Janet’s and your best to take a cab. The roof top terraza was beautiful and the views of the water and the hills from it were spectacular. Kitchen was well equipped. I would stay here again.

True top of the line luxury ocean front Condo
This is beautifully decorated Penthouse with breathtaking views of the ocean . The front door opens up to wall to wall marble floors ,floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that lead on to the expansive balcony that overlooks the ocean . High-end luxury is an understatement describing this penthouse . Can’t wait to return for more rest and relaxing .

Gorgeous Penthouse with Incredible Views
The listing is as-described and pictured, yet, it does not do it justice until you see the place in person. Property was absolutely beautiful, modern yet relaxed, and on-site staff was there anytime we needed them. All the amenities needed to stay connected, while disconnected. We were 5 adults enjoying a ladies' weekend getaway, and there was room to spare. We made good use of the deck for breakfast, morning Nespresso coffee, evening breezes while our various music played via Sonos, and even had an instructor come by to teach a Pilates class. Massages on the exclusive-use rooftop deck, were heavenly. Restaurants are within walking distance, but some areas were more dimly at night, sidewalks were a little bumpy, and we had a few pop-up showers, so we opted for a car service to/from dinner each night. Cash is king in the area, so be prepared. Also expect bar and restaurant service to run on "island time." We had our last dinner at the penthouse with a private chef - it was the best meal of our stay! I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with friends or family, and look forward to staying there again.
