This magnificent top-floor penthouse is located in the secured compound 'Infiniti Blu' on Playa Imbert (El Batey), a quiet private beach away from all noises, yet only 2 minutes WALK from the center of Sosua, with all its nightclubs, restaurants, supermarkets etc.: no need to rent a vehicle or rely on public transportation, which can be tricky (especially during the night).
FIRST FLOOR:
Dining room, kitchen, large terrace with second dining table overlooking the ocean, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony) with king-size beds, 2 bathrooms, storage room.
SECOND FLOOR:
Master bedroom with king-size bed, master bathroom, office space, storage room, and an enormous terrace with another dining table, herb garden, outside showers and bath tube (where you might want to simmer while watching the stars and listening to the breeze caressing the adjacent palm tree).
The penthouse is tastefully furnished with high-quality (and, in most cases, brand-new) appliances. All amenities you would expect for this type of luxury accommodation are available: large flat-screen HDTV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, 2 separate internet connections (one high-speed, one wifi as a backup for professional internet users), satellite TV dish with hundreds of channels, all possible kitchen equipment such as an enormous fridge, oven, microwave, coffee making machine, blender/juicer etc.
It also boasts double-glazed windows, in case you did not fancy the sound of waves.
Standard occupancy is 6 people (as there are 3 bedrooms with king size beds and orthopedic mattresses), but 2 additional kids below 12 years old can comfortably sleep on the sofas.
Facilities include private parking, 2 swimming pools, 2 additional separate storage rooms, private beach.
Services include weekly cleaning by 2 professional staff, security, gardening, pools maintenance, high-speed internet connection, cable TV, water and gas. Electricity is billed by the Residence according to consumption. The property manager is available on-site, while we are always reachable by email or phone.
The residence is guest-friendly (visitors should be registered before midnight). Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
Public transportation (or vehicle rental) is available just outside the compound, in case you wanted to visit tourist attractions in nearby towns:
- Cabarete (15 km), for its surf spots and the 'Monkey Jungle' activities (Zip line, shooting range etc.)
- Puerto Plata (25 km), for its Ocean World amusement park, the San Felipe fort, the Amber Museum, the Brugal Rum factory and the 'Isabel de Torres'.
