It is located 10-minutes from the international airport, eight minutes to the bustling town of Cabarete (famous for its kite and windsurfing) and 2 minutes from the town of Sosua (famous for its nightlife).

This residence offers the privacy of a small development, but the convenience of having local amenities available within minutes. The best of both worlds: no traffic, no noise - just the sound of the ocean right outside your door.

Amazing Views

I really enjoyed this location as its between Sousa and Cabarete and the view was amazing!! I was a little bummed out the A/C didn't work in one of the rooms and the kitchen was light on 'regular supplies' but the property was really pretty, pool was fantastic, security was VERY safe and overall it was great.
