The penthouse is located in a quiet corner of Sosua but is just a five-minute walk away from the entertainment area, with all its restaurants, bars, stores, clubs etc.

Within a short distance you will find: fishing, diving, golf, horse riding, surfing, kite boarding, windsurfing, excursions, boat trips, casinos and many other attractions.

The complex offers 24-hour electricity, water and security system. All charges are included, except electricity.

Good times

I spent another 3 weeks in this condo and again was very pleased with it.It is in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean.Very safe with good security and close to everything you need. Now if climbing stairs is a issue with you you would not like it.It is on the top floor and no elevator.

Great time

I had a great stay in this condo.It is in a great location on a quiet beach and only 5-10 minute walk to different restaurants 2 grocery stores and the nightlife of Sosua.I had a couple small issues (light bulbs) and they were replaced within day.All in all I would recommend this condo for families couples or a group of single people.
