The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Place all used towels and linens on top of the bed. Place all trash inside the trash bins. Turn all lights and electrical devices off.
Make sure the stove is off and no sinks or showers are running any water. Close all glass doors. Leave the keys in the keyhole in the entrance door to the second floor apartment.
Close the first floor entrance door and make sure it is locked behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests that are not already included and are not pre-authorized by the host in writing are not allowed. This is a strictly enforced building rule.
No commercial photography or filming allowed. Building quiet hours are 10 pm - 9 am.

Whether it’s a sunrise stroll on either Copacabana Beach or Ipanema Beach. or dinner at a neighborhood spot, everything I love about Rio is right outside the door — while the nearby Metro subway station provides easy, quick access to all other parts of Rio.

This is a true top-floor penthouse with sweeping views of Morro do Cantagalo and it’s located right at the border of two of the best, most vibrant and safest neighborhoods in Rio — Ipanema and Copacabana.
