Large house in a unique place

A large detached house with various possibilities in a special location. No problems with passing cars, on the other hand, many birds are observable. In addition, several horses regularly graze on the distinctive Drentse houtwal. The Westerborkerstroom lapses in front of the house. A fence has been installed to protect children against the water.
The property consists of a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen area. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with two beds. In addition, a bathroom with bath, shower and sink, a toilet and storage. There is also the washing machine.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms (4 and 2 beds), bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and adjacent the sauna a cozy bedstead that is accessible from the hallway. Especially children can really enjoy this. The dimensions are such that older people can also stay. A skylight completes it.
