Your stay here will be nothing short of relaxing and comfortable. There is a $30 pet fee please include your pet when booking. There is a shared yard with our dogs and chickens you can use. This little get away is actually more roomy than we had expected. The host was attentive, everything needed to cook meals was available, and the bed was extra comfy. The location was beautiful, slightly above town in the shade and we’d certainly stay here again, maybe a few more days. Also, it’s not far to Bean Peak MTB park.

This was one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. Extremely clean, absolutely everything we needed for the comforts of home, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and a wonderful outdoor area. The kitchen had everything needed to make our meals, and we appreciated there was a drip coffee maker in addition to the Keurig.The hosts were wonderful, very sweet, and very responsive to any questions we had. We completely enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful location surrounded by trees, right next to the National Forrest. Close to Goldwater Lake and a 10-minute drive to downtown Prescott. Lovely accommodations with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, with lots of suggestions for our adventures. We stayed a month and loved it.

We loved our stay at this truly Charming Bungalow in peaceful Prescott National Forest! This guest house is so spacious and well appointed. It has everything you need if you’re traveling with kids and pets. Full kitchen, large bathroom, king size bed in the bedroom are just some of the highlights. Our 3 year old loved seeing the chickens and playing with the toys. The covered patio was great for keeping our bikes out of some unexpected rain and relaxing with a morning cup of coffee.

Heather was a fantastic host with great communication and service! Check-In was easy! Place was nice and clean with everything you would need throughout the stay. It was great that it was pet friendly, which we brought our 3 dogs. The stay also had a fenced in yard but unfortunately we did not really let the dogs roam due to the chicken/rooster poop. Place mentioned there was a Rooster which was fine, but we didn’t know there was also half a dozen chickens that shared the yard with the dogs.

Peaceful Prescott Getaway — Beautifully Designed and Perfectly LocatedFrom the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty and care that went into this home—the flooring and finishes are absolutely stunning. The setting has such peaceful energy: tucked just enough off the main road to feel private and surrounded by tall pines, yet still very easy to reach.The front porch area is fully fenced, which made it a perfect play space for our small terrier—and it would be just as ideal for a toddler to enjoy safely. The roses along the walkway were such a lovely welcome, and the gentle chatter of the chickens added a charming touch that kept our dog endlessly entertained.Inside, the home feels spacious and thoughtfully arranged. It was just the two of us and our pup, but it could easily accommodate more guests without ever feeling crowded. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy and well-equipped, including grab bars and plenty of space for a wheelchair.The kitchen is beautifully maintained and fully stocked—we didn’t cook this time, but it had everything we’d need to do so. The Keurig had plenty of coffee pods, the electric kettle was great for tea, and the condiments in the fridge were a nice surprise.The location was perfect for us, serving as an easy halfway meeting point for family coming from both Phoenix and the Prescott area. It’s also a quick drive to Whiskey Row and the town square, where we spent a wonderful day together,

The main house on this property is my husband’s childhood home. We were so excited when the old owners put it up for sale last year. The quiet and the wildlife is what we love about this neighborhood.
